Four Seasons Hotel Miami

We stayed here for 5 nights. In a corner suite. The room is spacious. Very nice bathroom and bedroom. It was very quiet. The people who work here are very pleasant. Two minor items. The room was not ready when we arrived as I had told them 4 times we would arrive at 3PM. We arrived at 4:15. They do not have smart TV's. So no streaming. (Yes it's 2025 not 2010). Valet was great. Everything worked.

Luxurious and roomy suite. Extra large bathroom with great amenities including slippers, robes, lotions, etc. only thing not working in the room was the scale. Staff was attentive and professional. Pool was relaxing with hammocks set over wading pool and under palm trees.

Pros: Great pillows and pool. Nice room, clean hotel, great valet service. Good service at pool check in. We loved the Vapiano pizza place a block away. The food at the pool was good. Loved the smell and cleanliness of the hotel. Good DJ at the pool on weekends but around noon there’s a shortage of chairs on a Saturday. Excellent daily cleaning service. Tasty food. There’s a baby pool and pool table in the pool area. Loved that the pool is open 24h and the pool area is always clean. Cons: slow to get food and drink orders at the pool. Nice Equinox gym on 4th floor that’s included. Lots of construction in the area and we have a view of the construction site from our room. Beautiful flowers in the lobby. Not much to do with kids in walking distance other than pool, and walking to City Centre. They don’t offer beach chairs at the Four Seasons on Miami Beach. It would have been nice to check out books or board games. No early check ins or late check outs despite it being in the request. I would stay here again if I had work in downtown.

We had a lovely stay here a few weeks ago. We stayed here back in 2023 with our kids but this time it was just my hubby & I. We arrived very early - 10am - and they were able to put us in a room. They had champagne at check-in. Our room was on the 25th floor & had a side view of the water. We celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary & they acknowledged it with delicious chocolates waiting in our room. Their pool is very pretty & large. We did the pool 2-3 times during our stay. It got VERY busy on the weekend & service lacked here a bit. The hotel is close to many restaurants all within an easy 5-20 minute walk, depending on the area. My husband visited the gym, Equinox, a few times since hotel guests had access to it. He liked it. We did not get a chance to visit the spa. We were there over superbowl weekend & they had a viewing party outside near their pool. Large screen TV, comfy chairs. This hotel is in the Brickell area & not Miami Beach, fyi. I do wish they had a partnership with the Four Seasons on the beach but they don’t. We’d stay here again. We had a great time.

I was looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations for a 5-star hotel. First, the service was incredibly slow—food orders took ages to arrive, and simple requests for items were delayed as well. When the food did arrive, it was underwhelming and not on par with similar luxury properties. The AC in my room was broken the first night, which made for an uncomfortable stay. While they offered a partial refund, it didn’t compensate for the inconvenience. Housekeeping was also disappointing: they didn’t stock many of the standard amenities I’ve come to expect from other 5-star hotels. On top of that, they knocked on my door three times in one day, despite me clearly stating my preferred housekeeping time. Staff visibility and attentiveness were lacking. At night, the lobby was often empty—no one greeted us upon return, and bellhops didn’t open doors or acknowledge arrivals. Ubers were also a hassle, as there was no one to direct them, leaving me to walk down the driveway to meet my rides. It’s clear that the hotel prioritizes repeat guests over new ones, offering welcome treats to the former while doing little to impress first-time visitors. For the price, the experience felt significantly overpriced compared to other 5-star properties I’ve stayed at. Overall, while the property has potential, the lack of attention to detail and service left me feeling disappointed. Unfortunately Miami has too many options for me to return here again.
