Element Miami Doral

We booked two rooms from December 26 until January 1, 2025. The breakfast was poor. But the biggest problem is, that we still haven’t got the refund for the security deposit. The staff stop to respond to emails, I have called, and the staff promise to call me back, but they don’t. So no I believe the deposit corresponding to both rooms, in the amount of $113,42 per room is lost.

I stayed from December 30 to January 6, 2025, and unfortunately, I forgot two shirts in the hotel closet. I reached out via the hotel's Instagram DM as well as through email, but I received no response. I even mentioned that I would pay for the shipping costs to have the shirts sent to my address. The hotel is great, but unfortunately, this oversight leads me to leave a negative review.

As our Uber approached the hotel, we noticed that the parking lot was almost full. This is an indication of the popularity of this hotel. We can understand why. Check in was a breeze and the hotel lobby is very poor. She also my review of the 107 steak and bar restaurant that is attached to this hotel. Our room was large with a kitchenette and large bathroom. Breakfast includes eggs made to your specifications, by themselves or inside a tortilla. There there are two kinds of yogurta variety of cereals, a variety of milks, add a variety of muffins and breads. All very tasty and filling. The staff are uniformly, pleasant and helpful. We would certainly stay in this hotel again.

Went to Miami to bring in the New Year and decided on the hotel. Last minute, but so glad I picked this one. I got there and Lucy really took care of me. She got me checked in and told me about most of the amenities. Very friendly & helpful. My room did not disappoint. The bed was so comfortable, I almost forgot my reason for the trip and wanted to stay in the bed 🤣. Thanks again Element! Oh … can’t forget the on site parking & breakfast. Great too!
