We stayed three nights at the Upsun Hotel. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, the comfortable rooms and the swimming pool which really offers a nice view of the city. Thank you to the hotel staff and especially to the receptionist "Luna" if I'm not mistaken, for her kindness during our stay. Thank you very much!

We spent a few nights in this hotel before and after the cruise with my boyfriend and friends, and honestly it was a great time! The building makes a good impression inside, it is stylish and very cozy. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We were also delighted with the location - literally a few minutes from the beach. But what makes you want to come back to this place is above all the wonderful people, the professional and very friendly staff, always smiling and helpful. We haven't been treated like that in a hotel for a long time. Many thanks to Fernando and Sandra - always willing to help us. We knew we could turn to them with any questions and always ask for help if we needed it. We will definitely go back there!

They helped with every detail: from recommending the best local restaurants (the kind you won’t find in guidebooks!) to tips on discovering Miami’s hidden gems. Fernando even crafted a personalized list of the top spots in Miami – it’s those small gestures that make a stay unforgettable. Upsun Hotel isn’t just about beautiful interiors or the perfect location – it’s the people who give it soul. Fernando and Sandra made us feel like friends, not just guests. If you’re looking for a place where every detail is tailored to your comfort and where the staff treats you like family – this is it. We loved this hotel! Clean, stylish, super central location to Miami Beach and really helpful staff. You can use bikes for free and for a small charge they have beach parasols and sunbeds/beach towels. The reception/bar decor is art deco meets industrial and the rooms have a great balcony that’s safe (we have a 3 year old with us). Complimentary water and coffee (in morning) and great coffee machine in your room. Towels were plenty and a good size (I dislike tiny towels!) and toiletry products if you wished to use them were off good quality and smelled lovely.

We spent a total of 4 nights at this hotel with friends and I can honestly say that it was a great time in Miami Beach. Perfect location, clean, spacious rooms, unique atmosphere. A very European style hotel (what we liked very much) but what really stands out and is unique to this place is the helpful and adorable staff. In fact, all hotels in Europe could learn something about service and approach to guests. Special thanks to Fernando who made our stay a great experience! We will definitely come back here on our next trip to Miami.
