Seaside All Suites Hotel

The worst staff I ever came across specially the female staff who were probably Columbian and didn't know how to treat there guests and didn't know anything about the place. It showed how much of a racism still exists. The only good thing about this property was it's location that's it. I am a travel agent and would never recommend anyone to stay in this property.

Seaside all Suites miami beach. This is north beach miami. A brilliant location to explore miami beach, a quieter location filled with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, artisan food places, theatre, a library across the road where u can buy books for $1 and right on miami beach....beautiful 😀 ⛱️😎✨️ it is also beside the collins express trolly bus...a free ride to downtown Miami Beach and back again 😀 A brilliant asset to the miami beach city 😀 The apartments are a great size, filled with everything you need to live, cook well and very spacious having a separate bedroom and a great size bathroom with brilliant shower. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars, and I'm being very honest and to be fair, if I was to come back to miami beach I would definitely choose seaside all suites. But....I have read past bad reviews which aren't true to me..... and my hubby and I have been travelling all over the world for the last 20 years and ive always givin very honest reviews. No1 - Seaside all suites said on their instagram page they offered free bikes for customers! NOT TRUE! They point you toward the citi bikes across the street that you have to pay for! No2- Seaside all suites told us our room would be cleaned after 3 days..eg towels, bed, toilet roll, shower gel! We were there for 5 nights, and no one cleaned our room at all. Luckily we had a bin outside our apartment, and we were able to empty bins and food waste. Towels were hung up every day and I always make my bed anyway. Not a big deal for us, but it needs called out. Just need to add Seaside, when customers arrive your staff should be more helpful by actually coming out of office and showing guests exactly where apartment is instead of, like us, walking around in a complete circle scratching our heads, going bk to office and not leaving till they came with us! All good feedback Seaside! Just need to listen to what customers are saying. Thank you 😊

Spent pur babymoon in miami. Second time we was in miami first time in this hotel. Reception was 2 street away from our room .nothing looked like in reality then on the photos. Room smelled mould. Dirty and lots of things broken. Tv not working at all. Ages for hot water to come through. Extra charge when in have to pay with card . Receptionist used my card 2x one for the service charge and safety deposit. She wanted to use my card again as apparently 10 pence shorter she charged me I said no chance I pay cash she said only card allowed I still refused for that 10 pence! Service charge for what?? For nothing we paid. Dirty and stained bedsheet. Area was okay plenty shop near by parking all right but definitely not coming back here need renovation for this place.
