Moxy Miami South Beach

The vibes of the hotel were perfect, and I loved the pool and the rooftop. The room I stayed in was small but perfect for me and my friend. Service was amazing and all the staff were so sweet and helpful. The hotel was a five minute walk from the beach which I loved as well.

We had an excellent experience at the Moxy—everything from the food, to amenities, the ambience, amenities, convenient location, and excellent customer service especially from Yves. He went above and beyond to take care of us —make sure you see him during your visit!

The management in this property has figured out how to make every single staff member an absolute delight towards every guest. I was at the Moxy for 4 days and every interaction in the property was 5 stars. Kudos to the entire team. Will definitely return to this property.

We had a quick 3 day stay at the Moxy. The receptionist Gus was extremely helpful and always friendly. He was always on hand to answer any questions and went over and above to provide excellent service. The bedrooms are small but very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to south beach.

Made my reservation in January or February. Received a confirmation email the day before we were due to check in, thought everything was fine. We arrive at the hotel very late after travelling all day with a 2 year old only to be told that our reservations had been cancelled and that there were no rooms available! Terrance at the front desk was very nice and called another hotel down the street and they managed to get us a couple rooms for the night (actually for a few hours), but I am VERY disappointed in this hotel and would NEVER recommend any one to trust staying there! Obviously reservations don't mean anything to them and if they need your room they just cancel you. Apparently there was some sort of convention so the rooms had stuff stored in them - which is the craziest thing I've ever heard. We were there for my sons wedding and were driving down to the keys the following morning and literally just needed a place to stay for a few hours so luckily the Good Time hotel was able to accommodate us. Stay there instead! they were also cheaper! Not what I expected from a Marriott property at all! Very disappointed.
