Hotel Greystone Adults Only

Very nice lobby, friendly staff and clean/comfortable room. The amenities are perfect and the service at the beach very good. The hotel has an excellent location with good restaurants and shops close to the property. At the patio there is a nice kiosk with normal prices.

The Hotel is at a great location on the Collin’s Ave, very close to restaurants, CVS and small shops, as well to Ocean Drive. The front desk was absolutely knowledgeable, polite and competent. The room was for our needs good sized, very clean, the bed was amazing, they have a fridge, TV, hair dryer, soap, shampoo etc. from a very good quality brand. The cleaning staff was discreet and diligent. They have a beach access just down the street, and you can get your towels at the front desk. The valet service was quick and reliable, for the Miami parking rates on the cheaper end. The only thing I was missing da a woman was the full length mirror and a makeup mirror.

The hotel has an amazing atmosphere, intimate space, beautiful interiors, wonderfully rendered art deco style. Excellent service, which solves all your problems, is a real support, they do not treat you like an anonymous tourist, one of many. The hotel was very clean, and this is what I always pay close attention to. A great advantage is also a beautifully decorated, sunny patio with a swimming pool. However, the biggest advantage is the Serevene restaurant run by a recognized and extremely talented chef - Pawan Pinisetti. The restaurant is the beating heart of this hotel. Be sure to stop here for a meal, and even if you do not decide to stay overnight, eat dinner here. I spent 3 nights at the Greystone hotel during a business trip. I will definitely come back! I highly recommend it.

Hotel Greystone is truly a Gem in the heart of South Beach. The rooms were cozy and well appointed. The staff very friendly, attentive and engaging. Serevene was spectacular! The lamb was so tender and delicious, just the right amount of spice. The lobster and shrimp spring rolls, as well as the beef tartare, excellent. Can't wait to come back! A fun, relaxing, boutique hotel in South Beach that's so close to all the nightlife and beach activities.

Amazing experience! Location is fabulous. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The room overnight was very quiet. The beach access and rooftop pool are a game changer! All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!
