Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach and found it to be affordable. Areial at the hotel desk was very helpful and reminded us that we had a complimentary breakfast. He also was very knowledgible about the area and gave us good advise.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the experience was outstanding. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the difference was the service — especially from Ariel and Miguel. Ariel welcomed us with warmth and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. He was always ready to help, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Miguel was equally amazing — attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. His dedication to excellent service was clear in every interaction, and his genuine care made a real impact on our experience. Thank you both for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely come back and recommend this place without hesitation.

The staff here is extremely unhelpful… until we met Ariel! He went above and beyond to help us have an easy stay. We had a problem with our room reservations and every staff member told us they could not help and we were SOL. And not to mention, they were extremely rude in their delivery. But, we are so thankful we were able to talk to Ariel. He was patient and truly willing to help accommodate us. After our first day here we were not wanting to stay at this Hilton location again, but Ariel really changed that around for us! So if you’re staying here and have any problems, Ariel is the man! And probably the only one willing to help you

I want to give a shout out to Yansie and Ariel! They make a great team and were so helpful with storing my bags and made the check in quick and simple. Warm friendly smiles at the front desk was a great way to start my weekend getaway to Miami! Thanks guys!!
