The attention to detail and courteous demeanour of every staff member clearly reflects an internal culture of exceptional hospitality. The place is comfortable, charming, and very well run. Room service crew, and our breakfast server were strong highlights and chatting with the GM who is a kind and very experienced hotel operator it made perfect sense. We were sad that we didnât realize the rooftop wasnât open, but it was a fantastic experience regardless and weâre excited to come back.

Absolutely awful. I went with my family on 20 February 25, I had paid $2,000 for two suites, they sent me to a really small room instead, promised me to reimburse the difference and still waiting. Customer service was a disaster and I have now given up.

Outstanding hotel , property and location. All staff personnel were professional , courteous and very attentive. Two in particular were our dinner server Sophia and bar server Carlos. The dinner exceeded expectations. Choices were abundant , food presentation was creative . Of particular note was the mango cheesecake. This hotel is a quiet historic gem accessible property in the heart of Miami Beach.
