Beach House Bal Harbour

Very nice and clean hotel. My wife and I spent 2 nights (3/6/25-3/8/25) there and enjoyed our stay. The trouble began when I realized my vehicle had been damaged by the hotel valet service in the garage. I did talk to one person in the office, who i sent pictures of the damage. She sent them to the manager of the valet dept., who reached out and said he watched video and it didn't happen there. I sent multiple emails to several managers , including the general manager, asking them to call me and no one has. At $49/night to park your car, I don't expect it returned to me damaged and then receive no help from the managers. The damage had to happen by whoever was driving it and it wasn't me, where its located on the vehicle it couldn't be from another car. After spending over $2,000 for a 2 night stay, I would expect better service if they want return business. Very disappointed in management and would suggest you video the outside of your vehicle before giving them your keys. Alan S

I am having the worst post experiment with the hotel. When I was there, we had a great experience, just a very slow customer service. ( we asked for a crib before hand, it took forever) But it was ok, and a good experience overall. At our last day, 3 boxes that were supposed to be delivered to us were not, and I’ve been trying to reach the hotel for 3 months, with no response whatsoever. Emails, calls, direct messages, nothing. We get apologies, saying they are sorry and they will get back to us, but they never do. It has been the worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. I’ve sent 30 messages from DM, 10 e-mails, and about 15 calls, no response on such a simple yes or no question about our boxes that were delivered to the hotel. Such a horrible customer service, we’ve tried with our travel agency, alone, and nothing…
