Quality Inn & Suites Live Oak I 10 Exit 283

On 11-29-2024, while on business in Live Oak, Florida, my family and I selected the Quality Inn & Suites (FLC43) 6819 US 129 North Live Oak, Florida 32060 for an overnight stay. We were assigned room 204. At first glance, it was observed that room was dated and there were damages to the door frame and locking mechanism. We retreated to the room late during the evening and turned into bed. Our twelve-year-old daughter and nine-year-old son shared a bed, while my husband and I shared the other. We were awakened, at approximately 8:30am by someone aggressively yelling in the hallway, "What are you gonna do? Then come and do it!". When my kids pushed the covers back, we discovered a significant amount of dried blood and a yellow stain, on the top left area of the duvet (or bed cover), which covered our daughter's head and upper torso area. The front desk clerk was notified and presented with a video as evidence. She issued an adjustment to the bill, then informed us that we would receive a call from the Manager on Monday. She indicated that the Manager would issue a full refund. To date, the Manager has failed to telephone us. When calling the hotel to speak with the manager, we were informed that the manager was aware of the incident, yet had no intentions to telephone us.

Motel is being renovated Slowly. It is clean the bed sheets nice and crisp. The iron didn’t work and the ironing board was broken. It wouldn’t stand up. Staff was pleasant. The breakfast lady was really nice and helpful. She handed more than just breakfast. It needs much more remodeling. Air conditioning was really loud and we had to turn the air up to make it quieter. Healthier choices for breakfast would be nice (ex. Bran cereal or plain oatmeal). Very convenient location.

The beds was so comfortable, Breakfast host met every need that morning.Rooms was clean and environment was safe. Definitely my go to hotel I felt like at home while away cause the workers are so welcoming and check in and out was fast and easy

The bath was great! Hottest water and fluffy towels!! The front desk was great and very helpful. Breakfast was clean and we were very happy with our stay! We will definitely be coming back couldn’t say anything bad!! Quality inn has stepped it up. Keep up the good work :)

One of the best Quality inn i have stayed in., Comfortable beds, very clean rooms with FREE hot Breakfast with professional and friendly faces all around. close to I-10 right on exit. Prefect stop for my trip from south Florida to Alabama. Can't wait to stay in Fall
