Motel 6 Lakeland FL

With a business, got two rooms for them to stay in after hours of working. They go to check in and the company and staff claimed the cards weren't working even after we paid, and the money went through. They scammed because they did not have rooms but took our money anyway. It was very frustrating, and I won't recommend this place to anyone because it would be supporting money laundering. Disheartening for our employees they had to drive back very late at night.

I DECIDED TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL BECUASE A RELATIVE OF MINE HAD PREVIOUSLY BOOKED AND CHECKED IN TO A ROOM A MONTH OR SO BEFORE I DID. HE HAD NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCE. WHILE THERE IS SOME WORK THAT CAN BE DONE TO THE AESTHTICS OF THE PLACE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED WAS THE SELLING POINT FOR ME

Loved the location. The employees were very friendly and helpful to us. Everyone was so attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to fulfill their promise to us. We will certainly be visiting again. Can't wait to see you guys next year.

Hotel called me, while I was in route, 5pm on a Friday and said they didn't have any rooms available. I.e. they canceled my reservation without a good reason. This put me in a horrible bind because every hotel in the area was sold out. The closet hotel I could find (an hour away from my destination) cost me 3x the amount I paid here. DO NOT COUNT ON GETTING A ROOM even if you have a reservation. Poorly run, staff were horrible to deal with.

Don't go motel I was staying there for 5 days with no sleep people up stair banging until 2am I told go upstairs my heath hard walk down they said room down stairs but that lie my heath was geting bad off no sleep I walk door seen Manger told them need sleep he said talk them then lady fell down and my body was hurting flet like heart attack my blood pressure high and heart beting bad I went office said give room up stair told could go there there nothing do I got up sit what keep room where cannot sleep and guy next to me said help get up there went back down said stay tonight but you can't stay here so when lound notice banging by room don't care they was nice day payed and someone payed next day didn't get money back that crazy stay away room not clean my shower was broken stay away I had 2 cats seen there mom sick and walk Dennys could walk to room had get someone help me
