Westgate Towers Resort

Wonderful stay! Clean and nice! Pools are great! Calming gardens. Family safe place, fun butterfly garden, arcade on site. The room was very clean and safe. Beds are comfortable. Staff was nice and communication was great! We will stay again for sure!

We had 1BR/2 Bath unit both stays. Great location near shopping, restaurants, entertainment! Would come again. As pointed out, some rooms have patios and balconies, others have sliding doors but no seating outdoors. All 3 pools are all heated. If you need something supplied, called Housekeeping. They provided more coffee for our 3 day/2 night stay. Our units were clean and comfortable. Preferred the ground floor patio unit to the 2nd floor no balcony. Walmart for staples within walking distance.

The grounds are fine, but the master bath shower leaks all over the floor and floods the bathroom. The tiles are very slippery when this happens. I almost slipped several times. I just put lots of towels on the floor to soak up the water. I should have notified someone but did not while I was there. My bad. As a senior citizen, slips and falls can be dangerous. The smaller bath had a rocking toilet that was loose and made lots of noise when you got off of it. Rock and roll time with a clang. During the week the folks I interacted with were fine. HOWEVER, upon checkout I TRIED to inform the lady clerk about the issues with the bath. She could not have cared less. I was informed that I would get a survey in order to address the issues. When I informed her that it could lead to customer injury (and possibly a lawsuit due to a failure to address the situation), she just said (again) I would get a survey. She did not take any notes as to the room and showed no concern about the situation. I reminded her a third time about a potential for injury and again I was told about getting a survey. As of 5-8-24 I have not received any survey.

Lots of remodeling construction going on.Very noisy area with saws, Loud autos,horns blaring,leaf blowers/dust.Also found that many people not staying at resort come in daily with large groups of young children that run amok at the pools without supervision.They get out of their cars fully dressed for pool,use lots of towels placed out for guests,stay until night time and drive away.No security checks at all!

We spent three weeks in a one bedroom (two bathrooms) at the Westgate Towers Resort, and it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, modern, and stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. There were three pools and three hot tubs, a fire pit, and a very clean grilling area. The hotel is located near a busy street so you sometimes heard the traffic but it didn’t bother us. There are many things do within a short drive, and there are restaurants nearby. We are excited to stay there again next year!
