We had to buy wash cloths, no linens for the sofa bed! Called multiple times for a 3 day stay. Charge a cleaning fee never clean! Terrible customer service, timeshare holder and we weren’t informed we had to supply our own necessities!!!!!!!

having read the reviews, and knowing how people exaggerate, we went with a positive attitude…. This was to use the final 2 weeks of a CLC trial that we’d bought. The apartment was ok but the air con was set to constant and freezing cold and there were no instructions for it nor for any of the other appliances. Luckily, we managed to figure these out. We agree with previous comments - the place (apart from the clubhouse itself) seems a bit run down. We were told the apartments were privately owned. It was grubby and didn’t look as though it ever got a proper clean. The spa was too hot. The dishwasher had possibly never been de-scaled or cleaned (there was a bone and bits in it) and it didn’t clean any of the cups or cutlery very well. The cleaners couldn’t really understand english and took away the resealable bag that I was using as a sandwich bag that was rinsed and drying by the sink. We had rinsed and put plastic bottles, cans, glass bottles and cardboard next to the bin but the cleaners put them all in the same bag as the rubbish for disposal. I have seen comments mentioning that the lack of recycling on site hasn’t been addressed even though it has been brought up by people over the years. I emailed the resort to say how disappointing this is for those of us recycle at home and especially as Disney, Universal and Sea World etc all try and tell people how important it is to protect the planet and the animals in it!! I told them I won’t be going back and this was one of the reasons. Perhaps if people boycott the resort and tell them why, they may sort this out. Unfortunately, I hadn’t seen this before I booked. Thankfully, we had a great holiday and didn’t spend much time at the resort as we were mainly out and about. We also saw a big cockroach in the apartment. The kitchen utensils were cheap and nasty and, if not broken, the plastic had bubbled and melted. There was only one mug and they wouldn’t/couldn’t provide another when I asked. We bought large containers of drinking water from the supermarket and refilled water bottles.

Filthy house including leaking ceiling cockroaches ants Dirty bed covers including blood on duvet Faulty kitchen equipment Main bed damaged mattress stained and not fit for purpose Outside furniture in bad state Problems trying to use lock on front door The resort itself is not what it was £120 dollars cleaning fee but nobody came and changed bedding after the first week The stair carpet invested with bugs and never been cleaned Smell of damp as soon as you walk in property When arriving back one evening the ceiling was leaking all over our possessions Rang desk and they said they could do nothing til following day despite me explaining that the leak was next to electric Please avoid Never again for me Every picture tells a story

Hotel has changed its policies and staff. You are responsible for cleaning your own condo, replacing toilet tissue, hand towels, housekeeping is limited and lack cleaning skills and customer service. They charge you a cleaning fee and resort fee and i still had to clean my own condo. Sheets had hairs and food crumbs in bed and sofa...filthy i had them to replace ALL THE SHEETS AND TOWELS in the condo after i argued that it was deplorable. I contacted the GM who assured me they will correct. I was not compensated or refunded even after GM said they will look into it. Housekeeping stated they cleaned a second time after GM scolded them... Place was still dirty. I cleaned it myself TWICE...swept, etc. Garbage was left after housekeeping stated they cleaned condo...WOW...DISGUSTING, UNBELIEVABLE. I stayed here four years ago and it was quite different thats why i came back but the second time around was not worth it. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND LIVING IN FILTH. CONDOS ARE DRAB, DECOR IS OLD FASHION AND FURNITURES FILTHY, SEMEN, BLACK GREASE, FOOD PARTICLES, HAIR FOUND ON FURNITURE AND BED. FLOORING IS WOODEN TILE NO RUGS AT ALL. I PROMISED I WILL NOT GO BACK...EVERMORE WILL GET MY BUSINESS. YOU GET FINED FOR LEAVING GARBAGE OUTSIDE YOUR CONDO...YOU ARE TOLD TO CARRY IT YOURSELF TO THE COMPACTOR...WHAT AM I PAYING CLEANING FEES FOR?...FORGET THIS PLACE...EVERMORE IS THE PLACE TO BE! RECEPTION CLOSES AT 6 AND SECURITY IS LEFT TO DO FRONT DESK JOB WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE...BUNCH OF CLOCK WATCHERS

While the check-in and desk staff were friendly and attempted to address issues promptly, unfortunately that could not redeem this stay. Our unit had a roach problem -- we found/trapped four 3" roaches over 3 nights, and countless smaller bugs. We reported this to the staff after the first night, who said they sprayed that day, but we continued to find them (alive) throughout our stay. I also don't think the large cleaning fee is used for anything but fresh linens and washing dishes. The floors were filthy, the private pool had acrylic nails and a hair weave floating in it, windowsills had months of dirt, screws, hair ties. The beds were also extremely cheap, creaky, worn, and uncomfortable. One bedroom was unusable the first night due to a missing remote control leaving the light stuck on. Perhaps quality varies by unit, but my family wasn't comfortable eating in it, and none of us slept well, whether it was the paper-thin mattresses or fear of a large roach scuttling up the wall next to you.
