This is an excellent value for the money. The rooms are nice and clean. The water pressure in the showers was great. Bed was comfortable. The pillows could be better. The staff is very nice. The little light in the bathroom was cute & helpful. 2 closets with enough hangers. Enough bedding. The only things we didn’t like was the toilet. It was pretty low and we the soap left a lot to be desired. We didn’t try the food so we can’t say anything about it. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is our go to location for staying while in town mainly due to the top notch customer service from the staff, as well as the rooms consistently being maintained and clean. Out of all of my past stays we only had an issue once, and the staff was proactive at getting it corrected in a timely matter. You can tell the staff enjoy what they do, from the front desk, to the maintenance and grounds staff | have interacted with. I highly recommend this location if you are staying in town, you will not be disappointed.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times since 2013, and the staff consistently goes out of their way to make our stays pleasurable and memorable. This stay was no different. I have said many great things about this hotel over the years, and those reviews are still up on this site for others to read. Let me give them a few more accolades to add to all the others. This particular visit had to be arranged at the last minute, as I unexpectedly received an invitation for a job interview with a major healthcare system in the area. I needed a place to stay on short notice, and this hotel was happy to accommodate my last-minute reservation. I got the rest I needed before the interview, which made the process enjoyable and allowed it to flow smoothly. I was greeted at the door by Ronald. We have come to know him over the past several visits, and he is a remarkable individual. Ronald remembered me and greeted me by name as soon as he saw me. Excellent service at the front door! I was also greeted professionally and kindly by Melani (I may be mistaken about her spelling of her name) upon my arrival on April 3, 2025. At any rate, she was exceptional in offering excellent service at check-in. The front desk staff always greeted me with a bright smile and a friendly hello whenever I came or went during my stay. The breakfast staff was very friendly and diligently kept the dining area neat and clean. On the last night of my stay, I treated myself to a fantastic Mahi Mahi dinner in the Kyng's Grille. I forgot the names of the staff members working on the evening of April 5, 2025, but they were all exceptional. Because of my hectic schedule, I didn't get to meet with Warren like I usually do. I even missed him by a few minutes when I dropped by the office. But I left him an email and this review as my token of gratitude for his kindness over the years. The only thing I didn't like about this stay is that, due to closing on a home in Davenport, Florida, in May of this year, this may be the last time I stay here unless unforeseen circumstances allow another visit. Thank you to all the staff at Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista South for the exceptional service you have provided to my wife and me since 2013. This is the best hotel in Kissimmee! There is no two ways about it!

Great hotel and great staff! German the manager and Melanie from the front desk went above and beyond to help me when I left something in the room. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was A+! The location is good centrally located to the parks, good restaurants and family attractions. Great value!

The front desk and housekeeping staff were all excellent! At one point we stopped by the front desk to request more Keurig tea cups. While we went directly to our room, housekeeping almost beat us to our room with more Keurig cups! That’s what I call customer service! All other staff members we encountered were friendly and the room was spotless. We’ll stay here again when we return to the Orlando area.
