This hotel desperately needs remodeling. The walls and doors have dents and holes in them. The carpets are threadbare and have huge cut out spots in them, as if CSI had to remove sections of it. The parking lot is not safe. We saw a car had its back window busted out while parked there. I did not feel safe here. It definitely didnât feel clean.

The young lady that checked us in was AWESOME. I wish our entire experience had been as great as the check in. This may be THE DIRTIEST hotel we have ever stayed in. The bathroom was so bad we couldnât take a shower, the âstuffâ under the bed was disgusting. And I do understand you cannot police your guests with dogs, but it looks like no one has ever picked up ANY DOG REFUSE in any of the yards. And charging us $3.87 (and as a platinum Marriott member) in a parking lot that had people roaming around, looked unsafe, and wasnât well lit, in appalling. We would NEVER stay at this location again.

I am a Marriott member. Whenever I travel I look for the brand because it is generally a safe choice. However, Mariotts should be ashamed to have its name on this property--- it is the type of hotel that you will find on Skid Row and that is nice. There were bodily fluid stains on the sofa bed, the curtains were torn and ragged. The mattress that staff said was new appeared to have urine stains, and the stove, was black with grease running everywhere. You couldn't use the refrigerator. The sheets that covered the bed were stained and the room smelled. There was a huge stain on the bathtub, it was awful. I looked at four rooms and all were horrible. This place is a health hazard. I was told that the staff is working to make corrections--but why rent the rooms out in that condition? I challenge staff to dispute my account--I have pictures. Don't believe that this is a 1.2.3. or 4-star hotel it is neither. Not sure how anyone can claim that had fun, this hotel caters to dogs but if I were a dog owner, I would not want my pet on the floor at the hotel. they are not catering to humans.

Our reservation was originally for 4 nights. The day of our arrival I kept in touch with the hotel via the app messenger with our arrival time. We ended up being very late and didn't arrive until 2:30AM. Upon arrival, we checked into the room and brought our stuff up to the room. We were traveling with 3 year old toddlers who were very cranky and needed baths. I went to draw a bath and the tub was absolutely disgusting. It was cracking and peeling and very grimy and moldy! I went back down to the desk and informed them and they changed our room. AGAIN, the bathtub was disgusting. Third time changing rooms, bathroom was still horrible but not as bad and it was approaching 4AM so we stayed put. I pulled out the oull out couch and it was so unsanitary! It has blood stains and urine stains and completely gross! Went back down to the desk and told them that since it's almost 4AM and kids need to get some kind of sleep we will be staying but will be checking out first thing in the morning. after only a few hours, we checked out. The manager refused to compensate any part of our stay and was very dismissive. We literally were only in the room (after 3 moves!) for a few hours! Completely horrified of this hotel! For a marriott hotel this is disgraceful! We ended up being able to find a nearby IGH hotel to stay at which was A LOT nicer and cleaner. I really hope that our few hour stay with Marriott will be reimbursed. This hotel puts a really bad front for the Marriott name.

We stayed for one night in a king studio. The hotel is definitely older but everything was clean and well maintained. The room was very small but suitable for two people. The TV was unplugged and after plugging it in we couldnât get the internet tv apps to work. It was also in a strange location to the rest of the room. Breakfast options were limited but sufficient.
