Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel

I frequently travel to Jacksonville for business. The Sheraton is a very nice hotel, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly service and a great location next to towncenter. They have a great buffet breakfast every morning and I am greeted by name and have my typical beverage brought out to me without asking. Just overall great service! Special acknowledgment to Pao for her exceptional professionalism and caring!

Had a fantastic evening here and woke up to get some breakfast. we had the pleasure of being hosted by Pao. Her service was exceptional and our coffee stayed hot throughout our meal. She even informed us about some perks about our membership status, so we got to use the $20,000 coffee machine as well. would absolutely stay here again if our morning was going to be anything like the one we had today!

Pao was super awesome made our experience top notch. Turned just a normal breakfast into an experience of good food and elegance. Very relaxing and kind person. Would 100% come back to this hotel in the future based solely on her service! Thank you!

We stayed at this Sheraton this past weekend and found it to be welcoming, clean and in a great location. The common areas are spotless, beautifully decorated and functional. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-lit, which has been a problem at many hotels we’ve stayed at recently. The bathroom was clean, well designed and the shower was great. A bathroom fan would have been nice and another towel hook. Our bed was comfortable with a very plush mattress topper, but the pillows were a bit flat for us. We were on the third floor and only heard faint footsteps from the room above. Sleep quality was very good since we faced the lake and heard no outside noise. For whatever reason, housekeeping missed our room one of the days we were there so we had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels. The Sheraton will most likely be our go-to hotel when we are visiting family in Jacksonville.

This Sheraton definitely needs a major upgrade. In my room there were carpet stains on, a visible stain on the lamp shed, the fridge never did get cold, and the ice machine on the second floor needs a major cleaning especially the floor. Also, and to give the option of Aquafina for water! At least make it Fiji or Evian. I would think that the name Sheraton would uphold class, elegance, and higher standards.
