Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Jacksonville

I would give zero stars if possible. I can't believe the names Ramada and Wyndam are associated with this dump. The filth and mold that was pervasive throughout the hotel is beyond belief. The stench is unbearable. We were moved to 4 different rooms in one night to finally find one that didn't make us sick. This barely acceptable room had an AC unit that didn't work, lamp fixtures that you had to turn the bulb to have it work, and a fridge that was warm and had no switch. Torn curtains, holes in the walls, filthy tattered carpet, bubbling, moldy bathroom ceiling and stained towels are just a few of the luxuries you can expect. And if you want to swim in a half filled, green water pool, you're all set. I have photos of all this which I'm happy to share. At checkout, I was assured the manager would reach out to me. Still waiting. There are plenty of other options in the area. Stay as far away from the Ramada by Wyndam as possible.

Everything was completely nasty. Stained. The AC didn’t work. Water pressure non existent. Noisy and dirty. Worst $300 ever spent. If you’re thinking about trying to save money by staying here, don’t. You’re really getting robbed honestly.

The room as a disaster and not ready when we walked in. We went back to the desk and nobody was there. We had to call on the phone for someone to come out. A second room was selected for us that came with a non-working toilet. The toilet was also very low to the floor, old fadshioned and matched everything else about this place. This place is totally out-of-date and has seen better days. That was it for us. We're never going to stay there again. Next trip to JAX, we will stay in the ne La Quinta across the street.

Rated 0 Rooms smelled like cigarettes because people live in rooms in back and stand outside smoking. Those are “pet friendly “ rooms. No fire alarm in room just wires, cups but no coffee pot, fridge would barely shut needed to be defrosted. Did not feel safe walking dog at night, or walking to room. Bathroom had chipped tile, snd mold. TV worked half the time, free breakfast everything tasted like the sage grease it was cooked in like the eggs, grits DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
