Hyatt Place Jacksonville St. Johns Town Center

Very clean hotel from the lobby to the rooms. Beds, pillows, and linens are the most comfortable of all major hotel chains, this is assuming that all Hyatts or at least Hyatt Places use the same brand of mattresses, pillows, and linens. The room came with a sitting area with a couch and we were not faced with an upcharge for the price of a suite like many other hotels do if there is a sitting area in the room. Check in/out was friendly and efficient. Hotel is across the road from shopping center. Easy access off/on the interstate. I was disappointed to find out breakfast is no longer included in the price at Hyatt Place, but is now an additional charge. Because of this, we decided to get breakfast elsewhere.

Neal at the front desk and Mrs.Mary at the bar were absolutely phenomenal. Neal was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating. This was our first experience with staying at the Hyatt. Both Neal and Mary made our experience exceptional. We will certainly return!

Hotel with relaxing outside area overlooking water. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with lots to pick from. This is a “must” stay when in town at this price point. Hot tea and coffee are here to enjoy as well. Lots of shopping to walk to.

This hotel is very clean and always smells so good. They have extremely comfortable beds. An really huge breakfast cooked by an amazing chef. The staff is super and very friendly, always wanting to attend to your needs. So helpful and pleasant. Our favorite hotel!!!

Beautiful view off of the the back patio, I loved the breakfast options and the room was perfectly comfortable. It had a little couch, desk area and beautiful bathroom. There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance which made it really convenient to meet with my colleagues.
