My stay was great! The staff was personable and helpful. I stayed at 4 different hotels on this trip and this one was my last few nights. Everything else that was wrong with the other hotels were right with this one. Special shoutout to Robert and Ashleigh!

My sister and I traveled to Jacksonville for my surgery and stayed at this hotel for three nights the first time and one night the second time for my follow up. We had a wonderful experience! Ashley, went above and beyond for us both times we were there. She is very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the area.

What a wonderful welcome from the first person I interact with at this hotel. My Family and I had a nice two night stay. It was a very nice Modern Hotel in a convenient location for us to go to Topgolf, iFLY Indoor Skydiving, and the best places for fine dining restaurants right next to it at St Johns Town Center shopping. The front desk staff were very accommodating and attentive. Lounge was very nice to relax in the evening. I enjoyed high quality and warm free breakfast before we go out to beaches. Overall very nice stay. I would stay here again.

My two-day hotel stay was exceptional. The location was ideal, the staff provided outstanding service, the business conference rooms were equipped with state-of-the-art technology, high-speed internet access was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.

I called the hotel before making reservation. I spoke to Ashleigh and she was able to give me all the informations that I needed. A very nice associate. We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms and lobby are impressive. Being a Diamond Elite we were given an upgraded room. Very spacious.Breakfast is really a plus. Thank you Ashleigh for making my family stay very memorable.
