New management is MUCH BETTER than the old management, towanna has made the place SO MUCH BETTER just by her presence and her ability to treat us like actual people, instead of walking piggy banks. Rented a room with a pullout couch, previous management tried to con us into paying more, even after the bathroom stopped working, new management switched our rooms and is doing everything in their power to make up for the previous managements misdeeds.

The front desk staff was marvelous and the nights were wonderful.Looking forward to coming back . I enjoyed every moment of the stay. Can't wait to come back in town and reserve another room to relax with my family and friends so we can enjoy our time

My husband and I took a trip to Jacksonville and we checked in with Dani who was very friendly and even gave us recommendations of things to do in town! Our room was very clean and pleasant! Best sleep we’ve had on vacation in a while! I fully recommend staying here !!

This hotel is literally the definition of a nightmare and toxicity. I was displaced by Hurricane Milton and FEMA accommodations were given for temporary shelter in a hotel. The manager, Donna, should be fired immediately for her lack of customer service and rudeness to the customers and staff. The house keeping staff needs some serious retraining or to be replaced. The Daytime front desk clerk, Nikki is the only reason I am able to give this location a “one star”. I was forced to stay in my room that had black mold and mildew growing with a smell so horrid and u bearable, I slept in my truck several nights in the parking lot. The carpet is stained beyond belief. The bedding and towels are stained yellow. The room didn’t seem as if it had been cleaned anytime recently. I was promised daily for over a week that “tomorrow” they would get me into a better room that was clean and had no mold. I called guest relations on three occasions and was told I’d get a call back (only received an email from the manager with yet again another open ended promise of “tomorrow”) there was a guest who’s life was taken in the room next to me. My room was entered on three occasions while I was not there by staff (I have video surveillance to verify this) and my belongings ruffled thru. The guest laundry facilities do not work. The parking lot is a 24/7 revolving door of dealers and addicts. Calling guest relations will prove to get no results. The guest restrooms in the hall way have been deemed out of order because of the sewage that has backed up and overfilled the toilet, but never cleaned up. I’ve filed litigation and complaints with the state and hopefully this place gets a major revamp or shut down for good.

Reserved 7 double rooms for a Friday but the rooms were booked for a Thursday. Thankfully I caught the mistake and called back that Thursday and they changed it to Friday but increased our rates by almost $30 per room. I had to go all the way up the line and have my original call reviewed to get our original rates. Once we showed up on Friday, two of our seven reserved rooms had been given away. They gave us two single rooms instead but the first single room was already occupied. We were given another single room but that room had bug beds. Another one of our rooms had a broken bed that was not possible to sleep on, another room had no blankets or sheets. We used a credit card authorization form through a university to pay for the rooms but I used my personal card to hold the rooms. I was promised that the university card would be the card that would be charged however I was charged to my personal card for 7 rooms- each room costing over $30 of the price agreed upon. I asked them to refund me and charge correct rates to the university card and they said no. The following Monday I called and spoke with the assistant general manager. She told me that all of this was not her problem and that I needed to take it all up with booking.com. This made no sense as I've never used booking.com for anything in my life- everything I ever did in regards to these rooms was directly with Extended Stay America.
