Clean rooms and facilities, although the place is a bit old it was maintained nicely. Great staff and service especially Ms.Monica and Ms.Moe at the bar/restaurant who are very accommodating and helpful. Very satisfying food. Suggest to have complementary bottled water inside the rooms. It would also be nice to have a shuttle service to/from river city shopping center. Would surely come back if given a chance.

I love a hotel with a bar/restaurant...this one meets my expectations...and the cost is reasonable. The check-in desk personnel were helpful and friendly. The evening bar/restaurant crew...Breyanna, Carolyn and Moe...were attentive and welcoming.

Fiancé got there early. Paul was closed. Nothing stipulated on your website/absolutely zero Wi-Fi can’t conduct any business/housekeeping, zero English couldn’t understand anyone/beds falling apart/horrible food/shower/filth. Tried to call front desk. No one answers at all Sand and ants all over the place me and the fiancé got bit. No hot tub. I paid a lot of money for this AC barely works. Demanding a full refund ASAP for the inconvenience. Your hotel has caused me. Obviously management is subpar Never would’ve booked if I would’ve seen this in person no electric vehicle charging I’m surrounded by a ghettos

I enjoyed dinner and late night snacks at the restaurant in Crown Plaza Hotel Airport in Jacksonville, FL. The waitresses, Carolyn, Monica, and Breyanna were super-outstanding in taking care of the customers. Overall, service was more than excellent. Food was really good.
