Rodeway Inn Holiday FL

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. DO NOT STAY HERE THEY ARE RIP OFFS. THEY WILL TAKE 1/2 OF YOUR $60 DEPOSIT FOR USING THERE TOWELS. AND THEY DO NOT LIKE SERVICE PETS. DO NOT GO HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND MAD WHEN YOU LEAVE. THEY WILL BE REPORTED TO THE SERVICE DOG AUTHORITY.

My husband and I stayed there beginning of March. We had a medical emergency. He had a heart attack on their property one. They stall our electronics. Try to say that they gave him back and they never did. Then the front desk manager went into distinct detail about my husband's case. Having all the wrong information calling us druggie's and calling him a druggie and like being extremely rude. Was told by the guy the maintenance man that he packed my stuff up personally and saw the laptop in one of our bags well. Before we loaded on to my truck he helped us look through every bag and the laptop was gone. For some reason, half of my stuff was in the tiki bar area and half of my stuff was in their office, and they played stupid like they didn't know what was going on. I'm breathing over the loss of my husband from that night. And I haven't had the strength to go forward with getting my laptop back. But today is the day these people are safe. They want to point the finger at people. They rent rooms to drug dealers and let people sell drugs on their property. They talk to you with disgust and they will still your your items. Even when you're in the worst time of your life as somebody's passing away and they robbed you blind. This is not a good place to stay though. Horrible management needs to be tired. I don't have the patience to prove this because I'm so disgusted with them.But I'm sure you get my drift.Never rent to this at this place.The management is disgustand if you try to ask him for somebody over them , they said

Please guys DO NOT WASTE your hard earned money on this place, it is the worst accommodation (I won’t use the word hotel because it is not a hotel)! Find somewhere close by, your not safe here, the doors have no locks, the shower heads falling off the wall into the bath covered in black mould, the furniture is severely damaged, infested with cockroaches! I have taken photographs for your information to make an informed choice but hand on heart it’s not worth your money! It should be condemned. The staff working at the hotel are aggressive, rude and will NOT deal with your complaint, instead they will say this is not the hotel for you and ask you to leave! Please be safe and stay at one of the others around the area, I found a pleasant, safe, secure, maintained and clean hotel literally 15 mins away at same price!

STAY AWAY! The mattress smells like urine. The sink hasn't been cleaned. The floor is so dirty we had to wear shoes The entire time. The shower is moldy, the doorjams are rusty. There is a punch hole in the door. You can see and hear outside even with the safety lock on the door. Entire property smells like weed and cigarettes. The clientele were really shady characters. The man in the roo.next door stayed that he lives there with his dog (large breed super friendly dog) The property says no pets, no permanent residence. The photos do not fit the reality. YUCK!

Horrible experience, laid in the bed and within 5 minutes two cockroaches crawled into my shirt. Very old and dirty! Walk outside smells like weed, sketchy people all night long talking loudly. Pool area looks nice but the room was in terrible condition. So glad I only booked one night!! Stay far away from this hotel
