Hampton Inn & Suites Pensacola Gulf Breeze

We stayed here 2 nights recently. It was clean with easy check in. The breakfast was not great. The highway noise was loud until late at night. The pillows are very flat, and they had to give us 5 key cards to find 2 that worked. Overall, if all you want to do is try and sleep, it’s ok. Not on the beach or water.

Not my normal Hilton stay. Refrigerator vibrated in the wooden stand none stop making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was terrible every day of my 5 day stay. I stay at Hilton hotels several times a month. Most of the time at a Hampton Inn. By far my worse experience so far.

The hotel Staff was very nice, we were running late to check in, so we got there about 10:30 @ Night, the lady was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was ok, they ran out of waffle mix both days. The rooms were very clean and a nice size. The location is great and the the price was very reasonable. They had an event going on that weekend too so it was busy but the staff and ladies on the floor handing out towels were nice and helpful. It is very nice to stay at a place where everyone is pleasant, you not scared to ask a question. I would recommend staying here and we will be back next year.

Since we were meeting our daughter and son in law for a weekend, she suggested we stay here together. Although pleasant staff and clean , it was not what I expected for s Hampton Inn and Suites. The hallway, first of all , was distinctly warm. Nowhere near comfortable, even muggy as you walk forward through the halls. Our room was bare. No pictures, nothing special. We actually had no towels until I asked at the desk. The wallpaper was peeled away in the bathroom, large cracks in the floor tile, and a loose faucet. A king bed was comfortable, but again, nothing special. The breakfast was good, a waffle iron and a choice of pre-made omelettes, turkey sausage and juices. Honestly, average, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Not what we expected for a hotel of Hampton Inn’s usual above average quality.

Hotel room was disgusting,the large dresser had roaches living in it .All three shower gels empty .After telling staff we did not want to be woken they did it anyway 4 of the 5 days ruined the first 5 days of our 7 day trip . Lazy staff ,manager said he would refund two nights and did nothing not a penny . You have been warned if you choose to waste money on this dated nasty, poorly managed and staffed hotel it’s on you .
