This place should close down until they get it right. Let's start with the Pool. Hope you don't want to go in the pool, it is totally drained, zero water. The grass and weeds around all buildings is around 12-18 inches high. The a/c in our room was so loud & obnoxious you could hardly sleep. Breakfast was kind of a joke, who has breakfast with no juice, no condiments. Oh, the TV. The controller did not work to turn it off and on, so you have to unplug the TV to turn it off. Also the different movie stations on the TV were in Spanish, so if you don't speak Spanish your out. There are not drain stoppers in the tub or sink, hope you don't loose your jewellery. The bath drain had hair stuck in it and other stuff. There was no hand soap at our sink for the first day, we had to go ask for it the second day and the excuse was it just came in. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Dark and run down walkways to get to the room. Olive green pool water. All outside areas were dimly lit and creepy. Trash in random places. Room was penitentiary like with cement block and cheap 12” tile. Shower was moldy and appeared to have stains that I don’t think flip flops could prevent catching something. Items in closet were in need of repair. Did not feel safe there in general.

SCAM ALERT – AVOID AT ALL COSTS If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This motel is a prime example of what’s wrong with budget travel accommodations. While you may expect to get what you pay for, scamming innocent guests for the lack of maintenance and quality of their rooms is completely unacceptable. Key Issues: 1. False Accusations: The management fabricates damage claims to charge guests for their poorly maintained property. We were unjustly accused of causing damage we did not do and forced to pay $250 for repairs without being provided any valid proof (e.g., dated photos or videos). 2. Deceptive Staff: Some employees, including Britany at the front desk, appear to be complicit in these dishonest practices. Trusting them is a mistake. 3. Horrible Room Conditions: • Pizza on the floors and hair everywhere. • Rusty water with an awful smell. • Smoke detectors missing, which is a major safety violation. • Filthy floors that turn your socks black. 4. Uninhabitable Living Standards: The overall condition of the rooms is shocking—far below basic expectations. This establishment seems to be violating health and safety codes, and it’s disgraceful that they are allowed to operate. Save yourself the stress and financial loss by choosing another place to stay. Drive the extra mile, spend a little more, and protect yourself from this scam. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I'm honestly disgusted by the working conditions in this place. The lobby has no A/C and when asked the workers said it has been like that for more than a month. This is true because it's not the first time I come around to visit. The first time it was for an emergency and the night guy did his best to accommodate me and help out which I appreciate, I just needed a place at first to leave my stuff and go to the hospital. The lobby, which is the same area where the breakfast is served was overwhelmingly hot and the two little fans were no help plus they had no housekeeping services. This time around the thermostat was marking that it felt like 95 degrees plus it was humid. I stayed this time since it was the only close hotel to the hospital and this isn't the first time that I have overheard or been told that they haven't been paid in weeks because they aren't on the payroll and the boss won't pay up since "there isn't any money in the register". Whoever owns this hotel should be sued and honestly get this dump shut down. This is no way to run a business or treat people!!! Me and my wife have called several numbers listed on the website to leave a complaint and it's all a scam. They won't answer or even return the calls.

This hotel was straight-up trash! The tub was full of old, nasty water that wouldn't drain, and they were like, "Sorry, can't fix it." They were all booked up because of graduations and move-outs at UF, so we had to suffer for two whole days without being able to take a shower. We had to use the sink, and when we asked for extra towels, they didn't even have any! The room was filthy and disgusting. I would've been better off sleeping in my car!
