Room was really small, pictures are not accurate. Mini Fridge didnāt work. Had my dog and they charged me 50 dollars a night but website says 75 for 1-4 nights. Room was 95 a night for 2 people which is less than the dog?? Rude people on phone refused to correct charge. Will never stay at a hilton hotel, pos!!

I attend a conference every year in Ft Walton and have stayed at this property for the past couple of years. Haven't experienced any issues (other than a general lack of storage in the rather small rooms) until this time. As I was ready to retire on my first evening there, I pulled back the sheets to find 3 long black strands of hair laying between the comforter and fitted sheet on the bed! So gross! I snapped a couple of photos and went down to the front desk to have a chat with the agent on duty. All I got was attitude! I didn't "want" to be moved to a different room, just wanted to make him aware of what I had found and perhaps some sort of apology. NOPE, didn't happen. Instead the guy disappears into some little office in the back while he "reassigned" my room. Remember, I DIDN'T ask to be reassigned, just wanted to make him aware of the situation and receive some sort of acknowledgement that they had screwed up. NOPE. Anyway, I ignored the room change and just stayed in the original room only to find the next morning that I had been locked out of said room when I went to get coffee the next morning. The guy working had to come upstairs with some sort of master key to let me back in, then couldn't fix the key situation because the computer was down? Needless to say, I won't be staying here again.

So we arrived around 5pm on Monday September 30 and had originally opted for a three night stay. We went to check in on the app, and we wanted to physically get keys. There was no one behind the desk, and there was a gentleman sitting in a booth propped up, on his cellphone to the right of us. He didnāt acknowledge us at first then said āchecking inā over from the booth. We said āno, but we wanted to get physical keys.ā He asked us what room, didnāt check an ID, didnāt let us know any information. We told him the room. He made two keys and then went to sit back down. Didnāt even ask me my name. We went to the room and noticed that the door looked like it had been tried to be prayed open, and the area was all cut into. Also, there was wallpaper coming off the wall in the bathroom. Thinking Iām tired and we had been traveling all day and wanted to go eat and then come back and shower and go to bed. We went to eat. Came back, no one was in lobby when we left or arrived back. We went to the room and went to shower and realized there was no hot water. We called and no one answered. So we went to bed. When we got up the next morning we showered again⦠no hot water. I called the front desk and told them. The lady said ālet me call you backā. No one called back. We showered with cold water and then went to leave to go out for the day. We stopped by the front and there was no one at the desk again. We stood there for a second and there was a lady in the booth to the right on her cellphone and from there said āchecking out?ā I said no, and then she said āwhatā. I told her we were having issues and then she came up. I said we were in room 426 and we didnāt have any hot or ever warm water. She said⦠āyeah I was gonna call you back, there is hot water.ā I said, no thereās not we just tried it again. She shook her head like to call us a liar. I said well we just checked and showered in cold water. So, we asked about a room change but she said she would send someone up there. We just decided to go get our stuff and leave with the rudeness and inconsiderate staff, and go find another hotel. We have stayed at plenty of Hiltonās and this one was NOT a Hilton standard at all,

Horrible experience! RUDE employee at front desk named Kyle acts like a bully hit man! Yells at me for telling him it was nothing like he said. He lied. He kept interrupting and not let me speak. Rooms extreme noise with traffic! Dirty dirty! Stinky bedding! Filthy hotel! STAY AWAY!

DO BETTER PLEASE! this place honestly was disgusting! I'll start with the bathroom. The toilet felt like it was about to "lift off" like a rocket. It rocked and reeled all over the place. The shower made all kinds of noise when anyone stood inside the shower pan to bathe. Overall it just did NOT give a clean feeling AT ALL! I'll never stay here again and I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend it! I will say it it was quiet that's my one compliment. Sorry not sorry
