The Westin Fort Lauderdale

Max was impeccable. This is the only way to beach in Fort Lauderdale. The cabana experience was perfection. And the Westin bridge made it easy for grandma! Easy to book. Great bar service. Day bed is super comfortable. Also, day beds are the only way TJ make advanced reservations to guarantee your spot.

When it comes to hospitality, I have to be honest, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable as you would expect but it was the people who made the experience come alive. Specifically, Jaylen, the front desk manager was available, personable, and very accommodating. His professionalism and his attention to details makes him a great leader. Michelle was also a bright spot in this experience. As I sat at the bar, she made sure I was attended to and made my daily visits very pleasant. She is also very interesting to talk to and engaged me in conversations. Again, all the qualities you want in the people who represent your company. Also, housekeeping was pleasant and attentive. Finally, I want to mention Fidel who gave me a late check out when I was running late! He was very pleasant and helpful as well. All in all l, thank you Jaylen and your team for a great experience and a wonderful stay!

Max was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. He made our trip significantly more enjoyable and memorable. He helped us with the chairs, checked in on us, and truly went above and beyond more than we can imagine. Super kudos to Max for being the best!

The overall stay was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and modern! Trisha made sure our every need was met with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Anytime we needed assistance Trisha was there! We even heard other guest say she is wonderful and pleasant as they walked away from the front desk! She is definitely an asset to the Westin!
