Extended Stay America Suites Fort Lauderdale Tamarac

***DO NOT STAY HERE*** There were cockroaches on the nightstand next to the bed, in the shower, on the toilet, on the stove top. There was hair all over the shower/bath. The carpet was covered with stains. The bed was painfully soft and lumps all over. A garden hose has more pressure than the shower. The stench of marijuana was everywhere. The front desk staff could not be found. Absolutely DISGUSTING.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I encountered several issues that made it impossible for me to proceed with my stay. The lobby was chaotic, with multiple guests visibly upset and engaging in complaints and arguments near the front desk. The front desk representative was overwhelmed and slow, which created long delays and added to the stressful environment. Additionally, I overheard numerous complaints from other guests about the condition of their rooms and bathrooms. Specific issues mentioned included broken furniture, malfunctioning toilets that would not flush, and general disrepair. These reports, combined with the disorganized atmosphere, raised serious concerns about the quality, cleanliness, and safety of the accommodations.

I absolutely love the staff at this location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Miss Kay is so professional and always ready to give assistance. To be honest the whole team is awesome. The head of maintenance Mr Wil fixed and issue I had with my fridge within an hour of me reporting it. He was very friendly and efficient. I really mean it when I say the whole staff is great.

Shaneika was very patient and helpful.((its best to pay for the week if you're going to stay few days it may just be worth it.))...she always has a smile on her face. thanks for staying positive during our stay here at extended stay hotel.. Merry Christmas
