Definitely not worth the price !!! Low amenities in the room, had to ask for hand soap & toilet paper. Room was old & tired looking. Buffet breakfast was atrocious!! Ran out of food very limited & hot food was cold. Would not come back here !! Johannah Conway

First, the good things: the beds are very comfortable. We had a room on the 4th floor with an excellent view of the ocean, although it was a little too cool to be comfortable on the balcony. The hotel was very clean. It seems to be a new hotel with all the details not finished in some areas. Second, the bad things: the room is badly designed. There is a frosted glass door to the bathroom which faces the bed in the room we were in. If either of us used the bathroom during the night, the light coming through the frosted glass door woke up the other person. The water pressure is very bad. Because of this, you wonder if you are clean after taking a shower. The included breakfast was mediocre. To make matters worse at breakfast which was supposed to end at 9:30, the staff started clearing out the breakfast items at 9:00 on all three of the mornings we were there. The toliets are the low type which are very uncomfortable for most adults. There should be a law against them.

Stay away! We went for a local wedding and had reserved the room a few months prior, once we arrived we entered a somewhat smelly room, the love seat upon entry was nasty and stained. We decided that since we had already paid in advance we would only be there to sleep and shower. I went to use the Iron and it ruined a white shirt that I needed for the wedding, It had some type of plastic melted on the bottom, Upon checking out we were told that we would be charged for parking, unlike any other hotel in the area, I didn't complain until I got the bill with an additional $31 restaurant charge along with the parking. I called to dispute the charge with the manager who was very apologetic and said that the charge would be refunded, It wasn't, I later called again and left a voice recording with an assistant Mgr, after 4-5 phone calls and zero response I opened a case with my CC company, they in turn simply received the same bill I did ( In Dispute ) and said that the charges were valid! What a Scam and ripoff, Don't stay here. I don't mind paying for what I want but do not like paying for things I never ordered.

This hotel has a great location right to Atlantic Avenue near to everything the beach, restaurants and the historic downtown. It's not a 5 stars hotel but fulfilled all the expectations. Usual breakfast, nice and comfy instalations and everything that possibly you need it by the price you paid. The hotel need more cleanliness but its something that no need much in general lines its clean and organized. It could be better if you doesnt have to pay the Self-parking that actually is not expensive just 15 USD dollars per day. The people who works here are very attentive and helpful this i think make the experience much better. Well its a hotel not so expensive that meets the expectations for what you paid and make have pretty nice time with my family. If i can, go back this place in the future.

Can NOT recommend this hotel. Extremely disappointed in our stay. Our room (188) smelled horribly of strong bleach the entire stay. It was nauseating. Our bathroom shower head was so corroded we never felt comfortable showering while there (see pics). When we checked in the carpet in the hallway leading from the front desk to our room was littered with specks of paper(?) and muddy footprints. The carpet looked the same when we checked out 2 days later. Our room was directly next to an exit door that lead to the parking lot area. The push bar to open the door was wire tied to stay in the open position which meant ANYONE could enter or exit ANYTIME day or night - so much for security!!! Felt like a complete lack of security! (See pics). The room key-card did not work for the exit door so I suppose they put a wire tie on the door to keep it open 24/7 which is ridiculously unsafe for guests! On our second morning we counted 3 different people with dogs on leashes in/near the breakfast food area. No one said a thing to them. There were hotel employees bringing out food so they had to see this. Finally, our room reservation total shown on our Marriott app and the confirmation email we received was $388. They charged us $398 at checkout. While it’s only a $10 difference it is still an erroneous overcharge that I didn’t notice until we had already checked out. This was a disappointing hotel that needs better management oversight and training in: housekeeping, security, front desk personnel, and food/beverage personnel. Overall a terrible stay. Can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
