This property is overdue for a refresh and the staff needs to be reminded that they are in a hospitality business. Beds are comfortable but furnishings and bathrooms are not on par with hotels of the same level. The front desk needs to smile and if a guest is waiting while they check in another guest they should at least acknowledge their presence.

Not at all what I expected. Room 513 wasn’t well maintained. Staff were great, breakfast was good. Maintenance is where the cutbacks show the most. I thought this would be much better. Covid is over, and with rate I was charged, I expected the room to be cleaned daily, and what was broken fixed.

This was an average Hyatt Place compared to the others we have stayed at. It wasn't bad, just not as nice as the others. The bed was not as comfortable as others and the housekeeping seemed to miss something different each stay. The breakfast was also not as nice as other Hyatt Places, and there were fewer options.

Very clean and friendly staff, even the housekeepers are friendly and helpful .For a older hotel it was very well kept. And the room was spacious and clean I will return. Thank you to the housekeeping for a clean room and lobby area thank you front desk for being friendly and thoughtful.

easy parking, restaurants and stores in the same parking lot. nice place to stay. staff was friendly, our room had a cool layout where you can turn the TV and watch from the bed or the couch. We will be back. Thank you for the great experience....
