Nothing short of excellence. The service, the rooms, and location can’t be beat. Right around the corner from anything you would need, the apartments are spacious and have all the amenities for comfort. Liz, Maral, Jordan, and the rest of the staff were super sweet and easy to work with. I can’t wait to return for my next visit!!

This residence hotel has many good qualities that makes an optimal place to estay. For me one of the best reason to stay there is the fantastic attention of the personal, specialy the ones at the maim office, Liz, Yordan and Jessica. If your lucky you will be talking to one or all three of them. The other main point that I like this Residency is the location, it is close to the Miami Airport, good restorants, shopping centers, golf clubs, all within a shirt distance. Defenetly I would stay there again.

No matter what I had going on before my arrival, the office staff (Maral and Liz) made my stay an unforgettable one. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near all the places I wanted to go. The park was ideal for my morning jog, and the grocery store was just a few steps away, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of my suite, and the perfect kitchen. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality; I will definitely be back!

Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating makes you feel like you’re Royalty. Rooms are very clean, spacious and gorgeous. Major shopping malls are very close, nothing is more than 35 mins away. This is also very convenient especially in miami.
