Hampton Inn Delray Beach

Stayed at the Hampton Inn to visit my mother. The place is located nicely off of Atlantic Avenue near all the restaurants. The hotel is very nice and clean. I would like to do a shout out to Michael Gerrish. I left my jacket in the closet and he retrieved it and after I sent him a fedex label he sent it back to me. Much appreciated!!

Poor service throughout our stay ruined our visit. The hotel is so cheap (despite charging over $300 a night) that we had to call down to the front desk every morning for a second roll of toilet paper or to get fresh towels. Plus, we were awakened at night by the rattle of trains two blocks away on a regular interval. The breakfast was so mediocre that after eating it one morning, we had to make other arrangements.

Great location can walk to Atlantic housekeeping staff was excellent. Did a great job on the rooms daily parking was self parking for $20 a day in underground garage with elevator up to lobby or rooms that was small pool. Nice breakfast had quite the variety. Just wish they were list ingredients on the eggs. their office asleep, prepackaged and my stomach would hurt after I ate them. Front desk was very nice and helpful we would stay again. .

I usually try to write balanced reviews but I have nothing negative to write about this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was large with lots of counter space – I even liked the blue night light in the bathroom. Excellent location to both the downtown and to the beach. Large TV screen, exceptionally good breakfast offerings. And they had housekeeping service again! So many hotels have discontinued that service as during Covid so it was a pleasure to actually have our trash removed and our room freshened up. I highly recommend staying here!

I’ll start by saying, this hotel is exceptional! It’s a brand new addition to Delray and is exceptionally located 2 blocks from Atlantic Ave. you can walk EVERYWHERE from this hotel within minutes. Parking is underground so if it’s raining, you’re dry and it’s mere steps from the elevator. The rooms are immaculately stunning. The housekeeping staff does such a great job ensuring each room smells fresh, looks perfect and is the best welcome to the hotel. The lobby is meticulously clean and the front desk team is wonderful, friendly & engaging. The GM, Michael, you can tell us an engaged leader who wants his hotel to be perfect, and it is. He’s certainly trained his team to be focused on the guest experience and when you stay here, you’ll want to come back again & again. We’ve stayed here 3 times, as it’s the only spot we want to stay in when visiting Delray. Thank you Hampton team for doing such a great job.
