Coffee machine was dirty with some old used filter; toilet bowl was clean, the view was not great blocked (we paid extra for the view while reserving) the view was not great blocked (we paid extra for the view while reserving) The bill at the checkout time was wrong and overcharged- for two nights instead of one and also for extra food and beverages that we had already paid for- it took so much time to get it resolved

The resort is beautiful and has everything you would expect. Watch out for the parking fees, resort fees and the $600 deposit they ask for when you arrive. The fees add up fast. We didn't have cold water in our room. Tough to take a shower especially if you get a sunburn. The elevators were a constant noise in the room which I never got use to. Nice resort, nice people but will not be going back.

Love this place. Valet makes it a breeze to pull up and unload, the staff are very friendly, great bar area, gift shop with a Starbucks, ice cream and other snacks & essentials. The lobby and hotel it’s self smells amazing, love the atmosphere and the restaurant is good as well. Great pool, hot tub area along with a tiki bar, and s’mores for the kids by the fire pits outside. Super fun! Would recommend and would come here again when in the area.
