Perry's Ocean Edge Resort

Rooms very clean staff. Great working on land and will be beautiful when done. Been going to Perry’s since south tower built in the early 70’s. Always love indoor pool and hot tub.

If someone comes to see you at this place, there is a parking fee of $10 and a hotel fee of $20 and that is per day. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. There were reviews that said that smoking was prohibited in the room and on the balconies but they said they found cigarette butts all over the balcony and the elevators smelled like a pot festival. The place is also falling apart. Don't bother folks.

Went on visit to Daytona so my daughter could do a preview weekend at Emry Riddle University, and we picked Perry's Ocean Edge Resort for two nights. Check in late was no issue, had an Ocean Front Room Double Queen with Balcony, room was clean, balcony had a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Three total pools, one indoors and two outside, please use caution, the outside grounds are under construction. There is also a nice little Tiki Bar onsite for adult beverages. Also, donuts and coffee in the morning on the second floor if you may otherwise there is an IHOP directly across the street. Perry's is an older hotel so if you are looking for glamorous this is not the place for you. This place is great for kids and families especially once the grounds get completed. Michelle and Sharisse and the rest of the staff work hard and took great care of us, thank you!

We go back to Perry's every year because it is awesome!! We love the Tiki Bar, the big hot tub, and we always get the deck that overlooks the ocean. Perry's also has great customer service and I love how they text me asking me if I need anything. My husband and I agree that the Tiki Bar is the absolute standout. It’s the main reason we keep coming back. Everything about it is perfect, the ocean view, the fantastic drinks, the vibe Greg and Ernie bring as bartenders, and it’s this magical mix of fun, happiness, and peace. All our worries melt away there. It’s our happy place, hands down, and we hope it stays exactly as it is forever!

The room was disgusting. The floors were so dirty and sticky our feet were black from walking on them within minutes of removing our shoes. When we woke up the next morning there were at least a dozen german roaches in our room between the kitchenette, night stand, and bathroom. Worst hotel stay I have ever had. No to mention, the windows and walls are so thin you could hear teens and college kids partying in the parking lot and running rampant all night long.
