Kasa Hollywood Fort Lauderdale

Great location!!! Close to so many beaches , all the major highways and only around 15 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Nice pool and our unit was only a few steps away from it. Shaded cabanas with outdoor couches along with lounge chairs in the sun. There was also front and back patios, along with a balcony on second floor. Would definiltey recommend to others and will stay again

I arrived at Kasa to check in only to walk past construction workers on ladders working on the very same unit that I had booked. To add insult to injury I attempt to put the key code in the door only to find that it was broken and you could walk right into the dingy unit that resembled nothing as in the pictures. I contacted the unit immediately who had my child sit in a car for hours before they even offered to send anyone to fix the lock immediately. The rep on the phone said "oh i could lock it remotely for the night" and she saw she was unable to do so. After I scrambled to secure another place for my family and I (that was almost impossible due to it being Easter week), these ppl had the audacity to tell me they will fix the lock after having me waiting on the side of the road for hours. Never did they say prior to booking that they would be construction going on. After a week of trying to get my money back these ppl had the audacity to offer me a 50% refund as if they weren't in the wrong %100. I have sought legal action. Please avoid this place at all cost especially if you have kids.
