This company was the worst to deal with. In some instances they easily could have corrected issues but would either not call back, not email back or address issues at the end of the following day. Unfriendly. Not a positive experience and I would never book with this company again.

DO NOT RENT FROM FLORIDA VACATION… DO NOT RENT FROM FLORIDA VACATION HOMES. HORRIBLE - WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. On 2/21/23 we arrived It was late and we were exhausted from traveling all day - the security was not only rude, but not helpful at all. Upon arriving the home I rented was dirty (filthy extra blankets, disgusting oven) and the arcade games were not working. Also the hot tub and pool in which I paid to be heated was cold. I called Sean (the "manger") the following day and he said someone would take care of it. Unfortunately, after calling 8x and speaking to different people, the oven is still dirty and extra blankets are still filthy and the pool/hot tub are BOTH ice cold. As a courtesy, I was given $100 dollars (too bad it cost me almost $400 to to heat) for three days of an unheated pool/hot tub. Apparently, a pool tech came on 2/24 (today) and checked the pool and found it was "in working condition," but the pool and hot tub are still COLD. I was told that they could put in yet another work order and who knows how long that will take as it took 3 days for the prior order and nothing has been resolved. At this point, I have spent way too much time calling about a hot tub/pool that is cold, but I paid for it to be heated and paid for a clean rental unit. On 2/25 I spoke to Bethany, who was quite snarky, curt and quite short with me. She refused to give me contact information for upper management to get a full refund. Still a cold "hot' tub. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM.

Florida Vacation Homes will hand your reservation off to Magical Vacation Homes Management and then any issues are met with "well you booked with our sister management team and we will send them an email". We had numerous issues at Reunion Resort with our rental at 765 Desert Mountain. We made repeated calls to report issues -- fuse blown upstairs, keypad on the door was not what was expected per the video we were instructed to watch, we did not know how to lock the door when we left as the instructions were for another digital system, theatre room arcade games did not work, internet password we were given was for FVH and once we finally got someone to come help us we were told we were given the wrong password as it was under Magical management, we had no idea how to turn the hot tub on, although pool heat was paid for-there was no pool heat the first day, there was not a pac-n-play, high chair and stroller in the home as advertised ...so many more issues-- but if you have read this far - the point is this -- you can rent homes directly from Reunion Resort and any issues can be reported directly to them instead of going through the headaches we did. We filed a claim for compensation....not looking for a refund, just a good faith adjustment to our almost $5,000 vacation. We spent a lot of time on the phone, waiting at the house for tech and/or maintenance and we even made a trip to the store front to help us. After several emails, we received a simple "no refund/adjustment".

Where do we start? We were 4 guys on a golf trip @ Reunion Resort. Before getting into the FVH house issues, the Reunion Resort golf courses were nice, & the folks working there were very nice as well. Thank you to them. However, our "Florida Vacation Home" was quite another story. The house had SEVERAL large embedded stains in EACH of the 4 Bedrooms. The Pool water was beyond retched. We even laughed among each other asking how much it would take for one of us to "go into the pool". Even at $10K, there were no takers. To be fair, a "pool man" did come by during our 2nd day there & cleaned the pool - well sort of. The bottom was still dirty. Okay - so 4 guys who are there to play golf & go to dinner, can live without a pool. Lastly, after we checked out, one of the guys left a few items in his room - his fault, not theirs. However, we called an hour after we left to alert FVH about the items, & we were told that they would alert the cleaning service. Needless to say, we never heard back from anyone there whether the items were found or not. A few of us called, but we were told that they were still looking into it!!?? Let's see - 7 days AFTER we checked out they were still looking into it, & there was still no answer!!?? You would think that would take a 2-3 minute call to the cleaning service for a simple yes or no?? Did they find the items or not. After our FVH "experience", we sent MULTIPLE emails to Fla Vacation Homes that went completely ignored. In those emails, we asked them to simply go to our house, & see the carpets & pool for themselves. At least they would know we telling them the truth. Again, crickets from them. No response to our suggestion. The one thing that sums this up perfectly, was when I called over to them after leaving, to inform them of what our house & pool were like. I was asked - "Why didn't we say something when we were there"? I then told their CS Rep that we did call a few times, but got no answer. So instead, we sent FVH 2 emails detailing this WHILE WE WERE THERE, & got zero response. I don't think I have every left a bad review for anywhere that I have ever been to, but in this case, we simply had no choice.
