Booked two rooms, 4 adults, for park and cruise package. The hotel is in need of renovations overall. The room is a bed and a hot shower- nothing more, nothing less. The problem is with the third party shuttle service contracted by the hotel - Cocoa Beach Shuttle. The 1230pm shuttle arrived ONE HOUR LATE! As such, my party of 4 were the last to clear Celebrity security as they were closing down at 2pm - we almost missed our cruise! While we were waiting, the hotel staff was laughing that “the afternoon shuttle is always messed up”. We will never use this property again. The only redeeming point is that the attached restaurant is outstanding - good food, great staff and cute decor.

This is an older property, but the rooms have been renovated, and the grounds, particularly the pool and pool courtyard, are very attractive. We had some problems with the lamps in the bedroom area not working, the grout in the tile bathroom floor being dirty and moldy, and the handicapped parking space being partially blocked by an employee's pickup truck which made it difficult to unload and load a wheelchair and walker from the side door of my van.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. Rust in the sink, room smelled like smoke, bathroom door was falling a part, missing tiles on the floor. Parking is an issue. The management at this hotel is so bad, how could you come to work and look at all these problems and not fix them. How could a franchise accept conditions like this and still allow them to use their name?

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Disgusting and dirty. Mold on the tile floors and the floors were filthy. Rusted drains and dirty cracked walls. It looked like it had been flooded. The bathroom door was cracked and warped. Looks like it hadn't been leaned since 1968. Avoid at all costs!

In desperate need of a facelift, the rugs are old as me the knobs in the bathtub are as old as me which is old you walked in and it smell like toilet bowl cleaner laid in the bed now you smell bleach on the sheets. The place is booked and with all the money that they bring in they should be able to afford to give this place a little facelift, not put a lipstick on a pig.
