Cocoa Beach Suites

We weren't sure about this hotel, given all the negative reviews, but they were unfounded. The suite was spacious, the a/c and fridge worked, and while the hotel is showing its age, everything was clean and tidy. There's no pool, and no restaurant, but it's convenient for everything. We would come back again. Recommended.

After being delayed multiple times through Air Canada we missed our cruise ship departure . We needed a place quickly and within a decent price range. After reading reviews we were very hesitant. The rooms are def outdated and one window is covered with green mold on the outside. The carpets are filthy but we didn't take our shoes or sandals off . We luckily had disinfecting wipes in our luggage so we felt better wiping things off ,although it looked dirty at times it was just worn . There was a distinct overpowering smell /cleaner or something to try and cover the smell of the room and carpets. That being said ..the front desk Charles was very helpful and efficient. The suites have everything you need with a little fridge etc . The bedding was clean and the hotel was quiet . It's a few feet from Coco Beach and is convently located near everything as in stores etc . Although no pool it has 2 sister hotels a few mins away and you have access to those pool . Overall it wouldn't be my 1st choice but it served it's purpose for the time we needed .

This place was a real dump. The carpets were so sticky you could feel The scum on your feet. We left our Yeti in the room when we checked out right on the kitchenette counter and “they never saw it “ they kept it. The sheets were still wet on all 3 beds when we got there after 10pm that night. It smells like urine. We were in family suite #506 Feb 14 2025

First, let me start off by saying that I wouldn't want my worst enemy staying at this hotel. We arrived at the hotel only to be put in a room where the sink was overflowing with the most dirty water, which then over flowed onto the counter and the carpet. The carpet was squishy wet. When I called the front desk to let them know, the woman who answered was very nice and apologetic, saying that she thought it had been fixed the day before. She came to our room to see for herself and then went to find us a new room. The new room was really filthy. I have pictures of the numerous stains on the carpet, the curtains hanging off the windows, and the light on the desk which was all rusted. I can forward the pictures if you need to see them. I was petrified to sleep in the bed or sit on the couch, I used towels to sit on and then on top of the sheets in order to not be touching anything. We wore our shoes at all times during the one day (thank goodness that was all we stayed for). We also made arrangements and paid for shuttle service to the pier where the MSC ship leaves out of for the following morning. The manager on duty took my credit card and charged it and when I returned the next morning to get our shuttle service, there was no paper confirmation and again, the woman at the front desk (who is the head of all of the maids) had to call someone and figure out if we had transportation. It took a while, but she finally got us the shuttle, not sure how. I do not remember her name, but she was training at the front desk and was the manager of all of the room service/cleaning people. She was extremely helpful, the only bright spot at the whole place.

I would not recommend this hotel. I booked for the stay and park before our cruise. The price on line was supposed to include the parking. The room was ok. There was a desk but no chair to actually use it. The tv in the armoire was unplugged and had to be moved by staff to plug it in. The lights over the bathroom sink , 4 of them, but only one worked! My biggest grievance, however, was that upon checking out, I was charged an addional $107 for parking! I realized that when I looked at my bill upon returning home. I called to say it was mistake. No help at all. She said I had to check a little tiny box online to get that price even though I had written it again in the special comments. Not at all happy with this place, and I would not recommend.
