Best Western Cocoa Beach Hotel & Suites

The Courtyard rooms are a motel not hotel. Nowhere in any descriptions of this ‘hotel’ did it mention that the Courtyard rooms were in a motel not hotel. The rooms are extremely noisy from surrounding rooms, especially guests moving around upstairs. You can clearly hear conversations, tv, toilet from the surrounding rooms The ‘hotel’ advises they are non smoking however we had people smoking outside our door as there was a rubbish bin opposite our entry. As overseas travellers we feel that BW Hotel & Suites is falsely advertised, it should read BW Hotel & Motel Suites.

The staff was very professional, courteous and patient. People ask a lot of questions and they know the area well. Stayed for three nights and enjoyed the stay overall. The place is very dated. The housekeeping does a very good job! Maintenance has kept the place going and I never saw any trash or things broken. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast staff was very nice and kept the place clean even though people were coming and going constantly.

The housekeeping was very very good the lounge was excellent and the front desk clerk Alex went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and important we had an ocean view room it was terrific we would highly recommend thank you Best Western resort

We stayed here for 3 nights before our cruise.The location is just 5 minutes walk to the beach with a few restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable .the rooms are laid out in 4 different locations but everybody seems to have breakfast at the same building.Breakfast is ok but would be getting a bit boring after day 3 as there isnt a big choice.The staff are very helpful and on our return from the cruise they stored our bags for us free of charge as we had a late flight.Overall we had a good experience
