La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St. Pete Clearwater Airpt

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Shower was hot with good water pressure and the conditioning was quiet and cold. Check in and check out was was very efficient and easy. Pool was a pleasant place to relax

Needs new carpet badly. No investment in many years and you can tell. I felt embarrased to have my colleagues staying there and strongly considered checking out and going somewhere less grimy with no old damp carpet smell. You must change all carpets and redocorate, the rooms are large.

Terrible smell in hotel and rooms. Nasty/dirty looking carpet. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Receptionist said we could have a refund so we left, we went down the road and booked another hotel, then called the next day to just confirm refund and manager Maria said no she wouldn’t be refunding.

The hotel is undergoing a renovation but it didn’t affect our stay. Everything was freshly painted, new carpet in the hallways, and felt fresh and clean. Our room was great, the bathroom still needed a refresher but was clean, just felt outdated. The bed was bed was great and the was staff was happy and helpful!

Not the standard of LaQuinta hotels we have stayed at in the past. This location should be closed. Room was filthy, could not use the broken and filthy shower, When we spoke to the person working the front desk we were told people “living” here were evacuees from hurricanes last fall, so no other rooms were available. That we should not have been given a reservation! Do not……do not stay at this hotel. If FEMA is paying for families to stay here, someone should inspect this hotel.
