AC Hotel Clearwater Beach

This hotel was beautiful. Although you don’t get what you pay for. Limited pool spots to sit and hangout, breakfast is not included and neither is parking. The roof top bar was closed during our stay. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly. We met one of the nicest and helpful valet attendants during our stay, Lissa. She catered to our needs while parking and was very easy to talk to. She provided us with things to do near by and made our trip! The room was as expected, comfortable and clean, but did not receive any room cleaning during our 5 day trip.

The exceptional staff went above and beyond at every turn. First and foremost, Jax was an absolute standout. Friendly, professional, and always attentive, Jax made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Whether it was answering questions, making thoughtful recommendations, or simply greeting me with a warm smile each day, Jax truly exemplifies what world-class hospitality looks like. And I can’t forget Joey from Valet Parking! Joey was incredibly courteous, fast, and efficient, all while maintaining a friendly and upbeat attitude. He made coming and going a breeze, always ready with a kind word and great recommendations!

Excellent service, bartender, waitress, check in, and Joey and Samer at Vallet!!! Everyone extremely pleasant and helpful . No long lines as a smaller hotel but not too small. Very friendly staff and great room and accommodations . Highly recommend

We had a great time at the AC Marriott. The hotel was very nice. Our valet experience was awesome. We were greeted warmly every time we walked by even when not getting our car. They offered to help with anything we needed. Thank you Joey and Samer!

This is my first trip to Tampa St Pete in over 15 years. We had an upgraded room on the 10th floor. Room 1026 is adjacent to the gym, which was noisy one day (weights being dropped). most of the days we didn’t hear anything until later in the day so we didn’t care too much. i would recommend a room further away from the gym but the view was amazing, that end of the building is nice. we had a balcony but no chairs. some of the lower balcony’s did have chairs and a small table which would had made the room a more inviting place to stay. i love being able to have the door open which was another plus. house keeping is only every other day which is a little annoying. i love AC and ALoft brands but i feel the bedding is better if the staff makes the bed every day and also the towels can be a little thin so on a beach vacation a fresh towels is a must. Sara Beth made the lobby bar a place i wanted to visit. she has a fabulous 5:30 hurricane story (weekdays) with a complimentary cocktail. the story was so good i didn’t mind hearing it again. she’ll keep you well hydrated and entertained thru closing. the pool bar also had very good drinks and service but they do need more shady spots. rumor is the roof deck on 10 was closed “before” the hurricanes which finished it off. the area is being rebuilt and will apparently have a new concept. The hotel is in a great location near the beaches and restaurants. a five minute drive or 30 minute walk is the sand key park which is worth the visit. it’s quieter than clearwater beach.
