Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach

This was a great experience for last minute check in alone. the room seemed to be upgraded, was very large and comfortable and the bed and bedding and pillows were awesome. The front office staff were gracious enough to let me use their desk phone because my phone had died. All in all it was a great experience I would definitely stay there again.

I read many reviews before booking our hotel, and I’m happy to say this place was exactly what we hoped for. Our room was large, clean, and had hot water —which you appreciate even more after a long day. The front desk staff was great. Tony checked us in, and after a brutal day of travel, his kindness truly eased my anxiety. It was such a comforting welcome. Parking was easy and plentiful—especially if you head up to the 4th or 5th levels of the garage. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked beautiful. The beach was private, calm, and clear—absolutely perfect. What really stood out was how easy and stress-free the beach setup was. You just drop a towel on your chair mid-morning, pay a small fee, and the chair and umbrella are yours for the entire day. No waking up at 4am to stake a claim! Even when we arrived around 11:30am, there were still plenty of spots. Allen, the beach attendant, was awesome—super friendly and helpful. I loved being able to come and go and know our setup would still be there when we returned. Total beach bliss. Just a heads-up: all parking in the area is paid, and the hotel is a bit of a walk from the main area. Totally doable—just bring comfy shoes. Also, if you’re in the area, don’t miss Little Toot I for a dolphin tour! It was one of the best parts of our trip—so worth it. Enjoy!

Call out to Brinley, Angie and Deana who are front desk staff management who all helped with minor room issues. Brinley and Angie who instantly addressed a room sink water issue we had and Deana for a check out clarification issue we had. Also, breakfast food and choices were very good and staff did their best to keep the area clean. Overall all staff was great! The beach bar staff and all the help staff on the hotel private beach hustled to keep everyone happy! Hotel is in a great location. We stayed at Hampton for a week in march 2025. My husband and I had a room on 15th floor and a suite on 10th floor for family. Everyone was happy with their rooms! We recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Tony at the front desk made us feel welcome with his warm hospitality and helpful tips. Allen, the beach attendant, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing day in the sun. Krista kept the good vibes going with fantastic food and drinks right on the beach—always with a smile and great energy. The staff truly made our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and experience the outstanding service again. Highly recommend this place!

Juli is absolutely fantastic! She is a true asset to this property and a rockstar. I would come back because of the service we received. The hotel is very nice, breakfast is the typical Hampton breakfast. The rooms were newly renovated and the balcony rooms were perfect overlooking the water. The beach was quiet and very peaceful! White sandy beaches with umbrellas and chairs. The beach service was awesome! They really have everything you could want and need at this property, across the street is a store for all your needs. We didn’t have to leave and everything was walkable.
