Homewood Suites by Hilton Cape Canaveral Cocoa Beach

Nice stay at Homewood Suites Port Canaveral pre-cruise.  Ladies at guests services are very nice and very helpful.   Room was very clean.  Would have given 5 stars except the pool area and pool were filthy.  Trash in the pool and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in week.

Booked this based on the location, for our early check in as our family cruise was leaving via Port Canaveral. Was not disappointed at all. Very clean, ease of check in via the app with keyless entry and complimentary breakfast. Will book again.

Clean and close to the port. Larry was exceptionally helpful! We got the rooms we requested. Hilton should be ashamed for charging guests and members a $40 early check in fee. No other hotel does this. Breakfast was good and the restaurants Larry recommended were excellent.

Decent hotel and well located for the local activities. Rooms are basic but fine. Breakfast is free but fairly awful. All the food is served in single use polystyrene dishes with plastic cutlery, seems an incredible amount of waste. $300 a night seems a lot for what is essentially a motel.

We stayed at this hotel previously in January of 2024. We enjoyed the hotel enough to return. However, we did not receive a warm welcome back. We were met by a woman named Michelle (who appeared to be a manager of sorts) who apparently was having a miserable day and was determined to make our day slightly miserable too. Hotels are in the hospitality business, right? Maybe I'm a sucker for good customer service, but this rude exchange has left a bitter taste in my mouth and we will be staying elsewhere. Room was clean-ish. Saw several hairs on the bathroom floor and on the bed sheets that didn't belong to me or my family. Breakfast was okay. With so many hotels in the area, I would suggest you look somewhere else to stay. I know I will.
