SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bradenton Downtown Riverfront

We stayed here on our way to Anna Maria Island. Location was perfect, right on the River walk, across the street from Pier 22 restaurant. Parking was convenient: a space to comfortably unload and then space in a garage a block away. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory; we mostly stay in B&Bs when traveling so this was not as nice but functional. I would suggest offering peanut butter to go with toast. My one complaint is WiFi access. As one drives down highways, there are signs advertising free WiFi ( or free waffles and WiFi). To access free WiFi I had to sign on to my Marriott Bonvoy account. As is often the case with accounts one does not use often, I had a devil of a time signing on. And why did I need to sign on? To perform a Marriott transaction? No. To access free WiFi. I have been to so many places where accessing WiFi was easy ( including two different dentist’s offices. Hey Marriott, it’s 2025. Free WiFi is easy and common.

Booked on Bonvoy app. Cancelled with in 24 hours and one month later having called 5 times still have not received a refund. They do not seem to honor the cancellation policy. They have opened a case and everything is recorded but still no refund.

I stayed at this hotel from 11/17 to 11/22 for work training. I stayed at room 627. This hotel is located in downtown Bradenton, which is a nice quiet downtown. The hotel is very clean and includes breakfast..I have 0 complaints about this hotel. Be prepared for off site parking ( 2 minute walk). Highly recommended.

this is the best hotel in downtown bradenton.staff is attentive and knowledgeable. they anticipated our every need answered all of our questions this is the only hotel in manatee county you should stay .everything you need is here and try oak and stone
