Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Arcadia an IHG Hotel

Lady at the front desk was super sweet. Room was comfortable and quiet. I’ve stayed here twice for work and would definitely stay here again in the future. The gym was also great and had a free water refill station and lots of equipment. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast and very good

When we arrived Lynn greeted us and was very pleasant. Told us the room we was in and everything. We went into the room and it had a weird smell to which we told Tia when we checked out. She apologized for that and said that floor had just been remodeled. Then trying to go to sleep and the dog next door barked until 11 pm. Then again about 3 and 6 am. We was told that we was upgraded but we had connecting room with someone else. The staff that waited on us was very nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Tia and Lynn.

From the time of arrival to departure, the staff was amazing. The warm welcome upon arrival with conversation and sharing restaurant favorites in Arcadia was greatly appreciated since this was a first time visit. The room was clean and well appointed and the bed was softer than I like, but that's personal preference and has nothing to do with the quality of the bedding; it was a newer mattress. The breakfast fare is standard HIE which is appreciated and expected. Upon departure, we received kindness and well wishes from the staff. Definitely will stay at this property again when I visit Arcadia.

This middle of nowhere town your not going to find a better hotel with a friendlier staff! I called ahead requesting a king size room for a birthday trip staying on a Rewards night and front desk gave us a complimentary upgrade with a sweet card in the room ! So thoughtful and will definitely stay again on our next Peace River trip !

This is a good hotel to stay at when in Arcadia. It has lots of parking and there are restaurants close by. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The pool is pretty good and we enjoyed it very much. The hotel was pretty busy so the breakfast was a little sparse as they ran out of some items by the time we got there.
