Beach House Suites by the Don CeSar

We are a low-key family who appreciates staying oceanfront! This is our favorite spot in Florida! Fabian and Alex keep take care of beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Tasha and Chris take care of all bar and food needs. Makay and Anthony at the Front Desk are the best to communicate with. The staff has been here for years - that means a lot to us.

The shuttle service at beach house suites is fantastic drivers are so friendly Raymond is great. Our friends needed a few things at Publix and the driver waited for them and brought them back. Everyone here is such hard workers Fabian at the beach is the hardest worker I have ever seen Tasha, Chris, Alex , Amy all make this place special. This is are 2nd time here and we will be back.

This was our return to the BHS, been coming to this location for about 10 years now. There are select staff that make this place what it is and the reason why we keep coming back. Patrick is a man of many talents. His friendly and welcoming personality is a true asset to the place. He appreciates the returning guest and treats them with a 5 star experience. Raymond, he is a guy that would give the shirt off his back for you. He goes out of his way to make sure the stay is top notch. Peggy, she is a hidden gem. He attentiveness to the general upkeep (especially the pool and hot tub) exceed all standards. Donnie, one of the most genuine individuals I have ever met. He adds a great vibe to the guests at the BHS. Justin has a heart of gold and embraces what he does with the utmost respect. I had tried to contact the GM, Barbara Readey at the Don Cesar regarding a couple issues not related to any of the individuals listed above, however after an e-mail, leaving a note with the front desk at the Don Cesar asking her to either acknowledge my e-mail or for a phone call, and a voicemail left on her direct line; still waiting to get a response 2 plus weeks later. Not impressed with that aspect on the managerial side at all.

Raymond is a delight as a driver! He’s there within 5 minutes. Gives great recommendations and such a friendly vibe! He has made this vacation wonderful!! He’s reliable and knowledgeable of the area. He has great driving skills and we always feel safe! Raymond is simply the best!

Great place to stay in Florida. The hotel is clean and enjoyable! Raymond the shuttle driver is VERY helpful and friendly! One of the nicest people we’ve met on our trip. Always there to drive us within minutes of calling. Overall a very nice vacation spot.
