Rodeway Inn St. Augustine Historic District

This motel is a little gem. Rooms have been beautifully renovated. There are very very clean and comfortable. Good beds. Nice set up with microwave and fridge. Shower is great. Manager is pleasant and if he doesn't hold onto his cleaner he's crazy.

We had a handicap accessible room (102). It was very nice and clean with plenty of room to move around. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with bench. Plenty of hooks, both high and low. There was only 1 outlet in the bathroom and it was located behind the door. One near the lavatory would have been nice. Not much room for personal items by the lavatory but a table was available. I must say as far as accessibility goes, this room had the best accommodations. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bedcovers did not create a tripping hazard. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. If we’re ever in the area again, would definitely stay here. They don’t offer breakfast but coffee and muffins were available each morning. Within walking distance of a good bbq restaurant, also.

Extremely clean!! Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Microwave, refrigerator. Decent quiet neighborhood. The office has an area with drinks and snacks for sale. It has plenty of handy plugs to handle everyone’s technology. Definitely, a very acceptable place to stay and close to historic district.

I have stayed here 11/4-11/6. I parked my new car directly in front of a security camera incase of anything would occur. The vehicle never left the lot since I checked in. As I check out on 11/6 the front left side of my vehicle was completely scratched, left mirror was scratched and my hood have a 10 inch line scratch. I went to the front desk and spoke to Rufina Hernandez and she did not know what to do so I asked her to take photo of the damage. I called back and spoke to Kal Patel who claim to be the manager of the hotel was one of the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. He claimed they reviewed the 3 days footage and saw nothing so they take zero responsibility and refuse to give me his full name on the phone and a voice statement that he in fact reviewed all the footage himself. I will never stay at this hotel ever again, and I will ensure that this individual will be investigated.

This would be a five star review except the lack of housekeeping. The front desk person was absolutely phenomenal. I believe her name is Jennette. She was helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel at home. Thank you Jennette. Other than that it's exactly what it is a rodeway inn.
