Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The first room we were given had roaches. When I complained, they gave us another room, but when I went to check it, there was a man in his underwear already in the room! I went back to the lobby, and they gave me a third room keyâonly to find that room had even more roaches than the first. It was disgusting and completely unsanitary, especially since I was there with my family, including my two minor sons. To make matters worse, the night manager was rude and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, she excused the hotel's condition by blaming guests, saying it wasnât her or the hotelâs fault because "people arenât very clean." Unacceptable! This place should be shut down and thoroughly cleaned before anyone even considers staying here. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Had a room scheduled for February 15 and February 16. Confirmed several times in writing in advance and room was charged for two nights to our credit card. Called us at 6:30 pm on February 15 as we were driving in. Told us they had sold our room and don't bother coming by. I am sure somebody need a room for Friday and Saturday and name your price. Manager never even apologized. These people have no ethics. You have been warned.

DISUGUSTING HOTEL - Manager is literally the worst most foul smelling person ive ever met. They have bed bugs and black MOLD in all of their rooms. When asked to refund the room the manager laughed and said "take it up with your credit card company" So i did and Amex won. STAY AWAY

As an extended stay guest at this hotel. Please be advised, all the entryways with the exception of the front door are broken. There are signs that suggest they are working on a repair yet remain neglected after 4+ weeks. Don't be fooled by the FALSE advertising! Additionally, the coffee machine has been ordered "weeks ago". Front desk agent Eliza states the vendor has delayed the delivery. Hmmm. How complicated is replacing a coffee machine? Probably false story as well. During my stay the hot water didn't work for 2 days!! And they could careless when questioned about this matter. However, the topper is this new "general manager" Joe Payton had the front desk agent call me at 10 pm requesting for me to come by the front desk. Turns out he wants to challenge me about feeding an innocent kitten. I answered honestly that I was. He then stated this is against policy and I tried to reason with him that there is not an accumulation of animals. It is a single kitten. At this point, he treated me as a trespasser and called the police. I explained to the new GM. Please I'm not from the state, let me take this as a lesson and stay the night seeing as I was already paid until the following day. Pleaded allow me a chance to find my next location. He arrogantly said no but he will issue a credit for the day I got kicked out. This savage has not issued the credit and misplaced my deliveries sent to the hotel. Because of Joe Payton and his low class tier of service I was forced to pack all my stuff 1 1/2 months of accumulation at 11 pm and look for other lodging. I will be notifying all media outlets including BBB about how inhumane the general manager, Joe Payton operates in the hospitality industry. Still waiting for corporate to respond regarding this matter, over 14 days. For the value you can go to another hotel that may even offer a warm breakfast along side quality guest service. Higher class of professionals.

This hotel was horrible it was dirty , bugs crawling on floor . The next morning we found a roach in between the second sheets of the bed. I want my money back . It's disgusting and will no longer be using this hotel. I would like someone to contact me
