The Royal Inn Beach Hotel Hutchinson Island

Terri Hart helped us out with having a great stay for my birthday. Super convenient to the beach and the Jetty. Walking around Fort Pierce was fun, everything was within walking distance. Pool was very nice as well. The bed was very comfy also. We had a great time! 👍 Thanks Terri!

People are nice, room crowded by too much stuff in. Got room a bit late like 4h30...The view is pore. I paid extra but finally you see a bit of the ocean from really far you actually see more of the road that's pretty busy. Some taxe add up when we got there and the room is so so clean. But the beach and the area is worth it. Too pricy for what it is.

Renovated? That’s a joke! This place is a dump! I can’t believe they had the nerve to claim some of the things the did in their synopsis. The bedside USB port was a power strip under the dusty bed frame and there wasn’t even a light on the other nightstand. Grime all along the molding, mismatched towels, rusting bathtub, and chipped furniture. What a huge disappointment! Two other parties in our group wouldn’t even check in.

We asked for an ocean view room. The pictures of the Highway and industrial equipment is the view. They are remodeling the room across the hall so there’s construction crap all over the hallway and on Sat afternoon as we are trying to rest a little we can hear the saws and hammering in the room across the hall. The room we are in is dirty enough that I won’t take off my shoes. The room smells like strong disinfectant which makes it hard to sleep at night. The ONLY redeeming quality is the location of the property as you can walk to the river walk for a nice stroll. But honestly when a place charges a resort fee you expect something a little better. Btw there’s not even a soda machine. You can buy scan of coke for $3 from the front desk.

The room had black mold felt dirty, no breakfast even though the website claimed there was a continental breakfast. Very dated . The outside corridors were dirty. The outdoor grounds were kept up. Had a grill but nothing to light it with. Maid service was very good. Needs an overhaul for sure!
