Front desk changed our rooms after checking in online. It is across the street from the bus station with homeless people so don’t plan on walking to las olas unless you take the long route. Wouldn’t let you do a late checkout and everyone room keys stop working at 11:00 am including use of the elevators. I am a Hilton member and will not be coming back. Most the workers are lazy and rude.

Hotel is new and clean. They had no garage parking spots so we parked in a lot across the street. Had to renew every four hours due to parking restrictions. Breakfast typical - lower quality food than I have seen at other places. Employees were really good so that was a nice plus. Layout of rooms with air conditioner blowing on bed all night was a miscue on design. Very little water pressure in shower. Overall an average stay.

I found the front desk staff very arrogant when asked questions. The breakfast is somewhat good. I didn’t like it but it was busy with cruise travelers. The bartenders are awesome however! It was a business trip with a large number of booked rooms as well as conference room.

I stayed for 1 day prior to boarding a cruise ship and had a great experience. We used MTM Shuttle from the airport. Our driver was amazing and even stopped to drop our bags for storage at the hotel and then took us to Las Ocala and dropped us off for lunch in his golf cart. Our experience with the hotel staff was great. We needed some extras that they made every attempt to provide (printing luggage tags, making a copy). They made food and beverage recommendations which was nice since we were unfamiliar with the area. Alexandra and Marlin were exceptionally helpful.

Rooms are very confortable and spacious. Our group are three and the room was ideal with two beds and sofa bed. The breakfast is included and is OK. Very good restaurants close. It is approximately 20 minutes to InterMiami Stadium. Excellent option.
