Extended Stay America Suites Boca Raton Commerce

The management is doing a horrible job at this hotel. On two of the three days when I went to get coffee at 7:45 AM there was none. There are no breakfast items at all-despite advertising free breakfast and coffee. The train is the most obnoxious thing of all. It’s brutally loud. Do not stay here if noise is an issue. It literally shakes the room and goes by every 15 minutes.

Ok, I booked 2 rooms for my wife and I and 4 kids. We arrived and the one room was decent, but the other room was the worst I have seen. Musty, beat up walls and as soon as we walked in, cockroaches scattered. I examined under the counter and beside the fridge they were filthy. And more cockroaches scattered. I tried 2 other rooms and they were the same. It looks like this hotel was fully booked with long term rentals. I could see many of the people that live there definitely are long term rentals talk. I do not recommend. Really greasy building. I cancelled my rooms and went down the road to the Hilton.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! It started when we parked the car and a "resident" was smoking weed outside his door. We smelled it the entire stay - 1-1/2 days. We couldn't stand it any longer than that. We called and told the front desk personnel upon arriving in our room that this was less than adequate for us, and we would be chekcing out. They offered us a full refund. We were looking for other hotels to go to, but all nearby hotels were booked becuase everyone evacuated to the same area due to the hurricane. The front desk called our room about 1/2 hour later, and asked "are you checking out, or what?" We told them we would not be checking out until we found another place to go. We had to stay the night. We called to order our "dish package (referenced in photos) Not all items shown were received. So we couldn't cook even if we wanted to. "Grab and Go" breakfast was a small cupboard in the small lobby with coffee. We called down the next day for a coffee pot, more soap and shampoo. After 2 hours of waiting, we called back and they told us they had no coffee pots. (Well, then where is my shampp and soap??) We packed up and left. They explained that they have no coffee pots because they were completely booked and "people steal them." UGH. We talked to a friend who stayed at another Extended Stay property and had a similar experience. I would not stay at another one of these properties EVER! Please view the photos. I'm not exaggerating.

The is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There are stains on the carpet and walls, the bathroom flooring is literally detached and rolling up at the walls. It says "fully equipped" kitchen but there is NOTHING. It says rooms are supplied with kitchen and cooking utensils. Nope. Nothing. The recliner is broken and won't recline. The refrigerator is very run down. There is trash all over. People literally throw their trash bags wherever - in the stairwells, in the bushes. I haven't seen any 'grab and go' breakfast. The room phone does NOT work so forget about calling the front desk. The internet which they say on the webpage is "free, faster Wi-FI" doesn't work. I had to pay $39.99 for 'enhanced' internet just to get online. I also bought disposable utensils, plates, bowls, and cups because there was NOTHING in the unit, I couldn't call the front desk (phone broken), and I was too exhausted to walk to the front desk. I'd been traveling for close to 24 hours because of the Hurricane Sandy travel problems. I was exhausted and just wanted a nice place to relax. I have a view of the stairwell which people throw trash in. It's just awful here. It makes me feel like crying. Also, there is no plug for the bathtub AND the most disgusting thing is that there is tons of human hair embedded around the drain. Like really? It makes me want to vomit. Totally disgusting. Also, there are cigarettes tossed all over the hallways and stairwells. Mold in the fridge. Just disgusting. Extended Stay should be ashamed.

I needed to stay due to no housing at FAU so I thought this would be a wonderful place to stay. My grandmother registered for me before I got there. Well I got there late at night and I couldn’t believe what I saw. The room they assigned me was in deplorable conditions. I have stayed in many places but I couldn’t stay here. I ended up sleeping in my truck. My grandmother tried calling the front desk but no one answered.
